The entire house-buying process was handled incredibly quickly and efficiently, which made what can often be a stressful time feel smooth and straightforward.<br><br>They were always responsive and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, no matter how big or small. I really appreciated how clear and transparent they were at every stage, keeping me updated and ensuring I understood exactly what was happening. I definetly will recommend this firm !

They managed our rental for 11 years extremely efficiently, collecting rent, ensuring property was maintained and guiding us through new tenancies and rent increases. Then they handled the sale of the property, keeping us well informed throughout the process. Extremely proactive and productive, and speedy to react to enquiries. We can thoroughly recommend this company.

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

I must give special thanks to Kathy who was extremely professional, helpful, understanding and supportive throughout and I am truly grateful she was there. Keith was extremely helpful and understanding and I thank him too along with the rest of the Bridges staff. She consistently went above and beyond, staying in touch outside of working hours to ensure we had access to the latest available properties. Aimee kept us fully informed about every home we were interested in and even came out three separate times to show us properties early on Sunday mornings and late on weekday evenings. Her dedication significantly increased our chances of securing our dream home and positioned us strongly among the competition. Aiden, Harry and Christian were lively, well-informed, and great fun. Each call to them was answered promptly and effectively. The (back) office team were also spot on. As the house was sold, Dawn took charge and was tremendous- exceptionally efficient and charming. So, well done, Brockenhurst! A pleasure dealing with you.

Not once did we feel pushed to continue our sale if we couldn't find the right property. The service felt extremely personal and reinstated our faith in the industry after some previous poor experiences. The fees were extremely reasonable and Matt's persistence in helping to move elements of the process outside of our control along was very welcomed. The property was on the market very quickly, including professional photography and brochure production. We had six viewings booked within a couple of days and received three offers in less than a week. We accepted an asking price offer after the property had been live on the market less than 7 days. We are able to follow the progress of our sale on an app and have direct contact with EweMove at any time. Best house sales service ever!

4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)I have rented with Davis Tate for the past 6 years, then in Feb I relocated to another Davis Tate property in a nearby village. The whole process was managed through Rebecca based in the Reading office. Despite there being quite a few hurdles during the process, Rebecca was excellent, communicating with me almost daily. I cannot thank her enough, moving is stressful, yet Rebecca made the process much smoother, remaining upbeat, calm and supportive throughout. Highly recommended.
