9th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)Contacted Nicholas on their chat service twice, 02nd and 05th Mar 2026 to arrange a visit by one of their valuers. No one called back in response to either contact. I was surprised and disappointed and so sent an e-mail to Andrew Harwood on 06th Mar, their Residential Director in Sevenoaks to make him aware and ask someone to call me as matter or urgency. No call back as of 09th Mar. Shocking. If that's how they deal with Sellers, what opportunities are being missed with potential buyers??
17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unfortunately, they couldn't find a buyer for my stunning flat themselves and had to enlist an outside estate agent, and had me stump up extra money to help compensate them. So they got it done after the end of the contact term, but it cost me £thousands more. This was after they earlier had asked me to agree to halt showings as demanded by an earlier (lower) offer that I reluctantly accepted. That buyer ended up walking weeks later, wasting precious time that could have been spent finding a real buyer. Estate agents are not your friend. No matter how charming they appear before their engagement contract is signed, once you sign it, they revert to their true mercenary selves, pressuring you to accept offers well below the very valuation they provided, because their only loyalty is to earning their fee. Don't get fooled. Wish I never used this JDW office.

18th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Told it'd be a fair viewing system and everyone would get a chance to view it before a decision, so don't worry about making an early viewing and late week one would be fine, to then be told one of the first viewers have been accepted. Pretty disgusting service, if the landlord can decide to take the first viewers then why lie to people about a "fair system".
27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)Good from the start and kept me up to date with viewings. They couldn’t always get feedback from the viewings as the public can be fickle but were pretty quick when they could. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Eron
26th Feb 2026 (20 days ago)We started with the ‘well known large Kent estate agent’ who were absolutely dire and let us down badly, whereas Firefly gave sensible advice, were always responsive and always answered the phone. A smaller independent agent like Firefly gives you the same Rightmove coverage as those giant agents but with more reasonable fees and staff that actually care about their customers. We would whole-heartedly recommend Firefly.

Thank you all so much.- 27th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)This is my 2nd time of using Wards and I had no hesitation in choosing them again.Every single person I dealt with was amazing, encouraging ,supportive and professional...the house I had chosen was perfect for me but the only thing that slowed things down was my buyers solicitors....Wards of Paddock Wood remained positive for me when I couldn't feel positive for myself...as before (7 years ago )their customer service went above and beyond not just being professional in the process but remembering what a stressful time house sales can be and being there for the emotional support I needed (it's been a very tough 6 years and it was a hard decision to move but the right one) ... I cannot fault this branch and would recommend them to everyone....thank you to every single person I dealt with, Lauren,Hazel,Samantha and Maria,their sales progressor ...this lady worked tirelessly to move the sale along liasing with solicitors,and the Deal branch, she was cheerful ,upbeat ,friendly and professional and I genuinely feel that she cut the completion date down dramatically...to all of you I can't thank you enough if I could give 10 stars I would xx

After our offer was accepted we had Nic who helped to guide us through and provide an easy conduit to our sellers. We would highly recommend them.
6th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)Absolutely wonderful, is not an understatement to describe the Hunters team especially Michelle, who wisked out her magic wand and became my fairy godmother, herding all the cats, (solicitors), in line and pushing the sale and purchase over the line. All of the Hunters team couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, guiding us through the process, and despite all my silly questions, never loosing their cheery smiles and 'it will be ok we got this' attitude. I'd give them 7 stars if I could and definitely recommend them all, thank you so so much for all your help.
