3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)I’ve had a really good experience with Entwistle Green on two separate occasions when letting out my property. On both occasions, the team was professional and proactive. They secured suitable tenants quickly and kept me fully informed throughout the entire process. They communicated clearly and timely, handling everything efficiently — from marketing the property to referencing and finalising the tenancy agreements. I’m very happy with their services and would happily use them again in the future.

I have both bought and sold with Ashton, and every experience has been excellent. The team are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, always dealing with any issues quickly and efficiently. Their email responses are prompt, communication is clear, and the whole process is made smooth and completely stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Amy made what can often feel like a stressful and complicated process incredibly smooth and straightforward. Every step was clearly explained, all our questions were answered promptly, and we always felt fully informed and confident in the decisions we were making. What really stood out was her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to securing the best possible deal for us. Communication was excellent throughout, with regular updates and quick responses whenever we needed clarification. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her services to anyone looking to remortgage. A truly first-class experience and a five-star service in every way!

4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)We put our house up for sale 3 years ago with an estate agent, frustratingly after over a year we had very few viewings and zero offers. we took our house down and re listed with Bridgefords in Penketh. The difference was absolutely astounding, Bridgefords took ownership and responsibility for all the viewings, they worked with us, to give us the best possible chance at sale with over 25 viewings in the space of 3 weeks we were astounded. The house was sold and finally completed last week, the support and help from the team at Bridgefords Penketh was amazing and i would recommend them to anyone needing to sell there property. Mike went above and beyond. The Communication between us was fantastic and so reassuring. Choosing an estate agents and getting the right one is so important. I’m so glad I chose Leaders.

28th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Very unprofessional experience from start to finish. I initially trusted 222 Estates because they have many properties and they always answered the phone promptly. Unfortunately, that was where the professionalism ended. Most of the questions I asked could not be answered clearly, and when they did provide answers, they repeatedly failed to follow up with the emails I specifically requested. Important information was promised but never sent unless we chased them multiple times. Communication was disorganised and frustrating, and we were constantly left waiting for details that should have been provided proactively. Overall, the lack of follow-up and poor communication made the entire experience stressful and disappointing. I would not recommend 222 Estates if you value clear, reliable, and professional communication.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)I’ve just sold my house with Miller Metcalfe in Culcheth and from start to finish they have been so helpful, going through each step of the way with me. Carol has been great keeping me upto date with any news and chasing up the solicitors on my behalf. I would highly recommend them to anyone.- 10th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Belvoir were very helpful at first to get us in to the property, however not the most helpful during and at the end of our 6 month tenancy. We had an unresolved broken toilet seat for the entire tenancy, a unresolved broken extractor fan for half of it (all reported), we also waited 36 hours for assistance when a first floor window fell out. (Yes, really!). To top it off, when we vacated the property they comically tried to charge us £190 for a stain caused by a banana on a kitchen windowsill. Thankfully the DPS made sure that wasn’t going to happen. They also had used the previous tenants name on parts of our DPS information, a huge GDPR breach. Challenge any deductions they try to make on move out, it’s super easy and the DPS are very fair with their adjudications.
23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)We dealt with Darren for the purchase of our new property and the sale of our house. Darren was professional and priced the property to ensure we got a quick sale, our house was on and off the market within a week which enabled us to proceed with the purchase of our dream forever home. (Also the photographer they employ is great!) Darren was patient with us throughout as the process took a while and was quick to respond to queries and keep the whole chain informed including the solicitors. I would highly reccomend using infinite property if you are looking to sell in the wider warrington area as you get a better service than the bigger named agents for a better price! Thanks Guys

He always offered to help in anyway he could and gave us useful information on the journey and what to expect. From start to finish with solicitors it felt stressful but never with Jonathan. He went above and beyond your regular “customer service”. The little gesture at the end when we got the keys was a nice finish touch with a photo got the memories we are about to begin! Thanks Ewe Move and more importantly Jonathan Davies we will keep you updated on our progress. Thanks again. ????????
