From day one, they have shown great attention to detail and genuine care, always making sure I feel supported and well looked after. The team is very serious and professional in everything they do, and I truly appreciate how reliable and responsive they are. Any issue or question I’ve had has always been handled efficiently and with care. A special mention goes to Dena Gold the property manager, who is absolutely the best. She is dedicated, professional, and always follows through on what she promises. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and committed to doing a great job. Dena is a real asset to Hamptons. I highly recommend Hamptons to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional property management company.
11th Oct 2025 (23 weeks ago)This agency is a joke. I caught the agent in our backgarden when he gave no notice. We were petrified and as single women it was a truely frightening experience. Stay away from them if possible. Truly awful
10th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Would avoid this agency. I let my property out with them for nearly 5 years, and I'm still waiting in January for the final month's rent to be paid back to me from the tenant leaving in mid-November last year. On top of that the tenant left the flat in a complete state and I'm yet to receive any deposit money back to compensate. Calls/emails to the agency are being ignored.

20th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Canary have provided a very good service to us as Landlords to let our 3-bedroom property in Stanmore (NW London). They tried their best to find professional tenants, and were very quick to get the property photographed and out on the market. They are friendly, honest and professional and go the extra mile to provide a personalised service. They have a useful bank of reliable handymen too who can help with gas/electric certificates. They provided important guidance to us as landlords even if they weren’t managing the property and this was much appreciated. They are always contactable and very quick to respond. Overall a great estate agent ????????????????.
14th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)It was Signature Watford I dealt with. They were helpful, kept one fully informed and up to date. I dealt with Peter Heath most of the time - he was courteous at all times with a quiet caring manner. I would recommend him to anyone. Someone who you could trust 100%.
17th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)We have used Dolce Vita services multiple times, be that for our own apartment search, for corporate apartment as well as for short stay and they always exceeded our expectations. Chris and the team have been extremely helpful with suggesting the locations, helping us with furnishings, negotiating the contract with landlord and even finding the place that accepts pets. Just a pleasure to deal with when looking for your next home!
5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)We sold our home through Robsons Rickmansworth. Our instructed agent was Matthew Gooder. Clear and repeated instructions about how to market our property were not followed by Mr Gooder, with Robsons marketing strategy proving weak with poor communication and little follow-through. We had specifically asked him to conduct viewings himself as he had promised at the outset (he never did) and a SAR request against this office later revealed offers that were not forwarded, undisclosed buyer interest and a premature cessation of marketing efforts despite our instructions. At the same time, Robsons were also involved in our onward purchase via another office. Mr Gooder repeatedly appeared distracted by the purchase. We later discovered he was central to a bitter dispute with that office at that exact time and there are cross-office financial incentives, giving rise to a substantial conflict of interest, that were never disclosed to us. This dispute went to court, making the national press and anyone considering instructing Mr Gooder should read it for themselves and consider if the toxic culture it highlights at Robsons is really in your best interests as clients. Search: “Nicholas Walker v Robsons Rickmansworth”. We raised all these concerns through Robsons’ complaints process but they've refused to investigate despite previous promises to do so. Overall our experience with Robsons proved unnecessarily stressful and the service provided by Mr Gooder in particular was extremely poor. We would not recommend using them.
18th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)Tom was absolutely brilliant!- 15th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)I was sold Westminster Park in Liverpool (Sourced Development Group) through Alesco, working with ERE Property and Will Kettel. Will Kettel presented the investment as secure, claiming the developer had an impeccable and traceable record. Alesco endorsed this, selling me confidence and security. In reality, Sourced Development Group has a traceable record of failings — they cannot even start projects, let alone finish them. Alesco has proven incapable of delivering any real update. They have no communication with the developer, and ERE Property is exactly the same. Investors are left in the dark, receiving vague answers or silence, with no verifiable information on the project’s progress. This is the closest one can be to being legally scammed. I committed funds in good faith, but what I received was misrepresentation, lack of transparency, and no accountability from either Alesco or ERE Property.

I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

6th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.

22nd Dec 2025 (12 weeks ago)Renowned Homes... What a great team, I was looked after by Bradley and Sean through purchasing our property in the centre of London. We had some difficulties with our deposit and solicitor fees, but the gentleman were able to find the middle ground and bring the deal together. We ended up using Renowned's recommended solicitors and mortgage brokers and we managed to make it all happen. We moved in 2 weeks ago and have never been so happy. Thank you Renowned Homes!

We had also researched many other agents and were impressed that Homesale were the only company offering a bespoke service. They were also the most competitively priced. From the first meeting we were assured we had made the correct decision in choosing Homesale. The sales material the team created showed our property in the best possible light, achieving the sale of our home for the asking price within a week. We would not hesitate in recommending Homesale to anybody looking to sell their home.

He organised an open house for potential purchasers within days of instruction and generated loads of interest. He kept us informed every step of the way and provided us with valuable advice and guidance when we needed it. He is also very competitively priced, so we save money too! We are now looking to exchange contracts within the next week and are looking forward to moving into our new home. I would not hesitate to recommend Jack & Kingsley Estates if you are looking to sell your house.
