The team has been brilliant throughout the process – always quick to reply to emails, happy to fit us in for last-minute viewings where possible, and have been incredibly helpful every step of the way. Their communication and customer service have been excellent. We will definitely be using them if we were to sell in the future. Thank you to everyone at James!

They were readily available to talk to and responded to messages and calls very promptly. They were very knowledgeable on all aspects of the process and made us feel reassured whenever something unexpected cropped up.<br>We would absolutely have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone whether buying or selling a property.

I would highly recommend him as a hard working man who achieves excellent results for his clients. He is assisting us with the sale of our house and we are pleased with his honesty and expertise.
27th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)I have had numerous unprofessional service from Haart . At first I was very enthusiastic then I have noticed I have very few views since I've used them as sales agents I started to question them why it is so? they responded as I have to lower my price which I am not happy to do so, then I called numerous times to ask questions about very little viewings on my property all I can get is just a busy ring tone and nobody is answering it. At the end I have told them to pull down my property listing which they didn't do and until now they are posting my property without my consent on the property website then just as of today' I received a letter that there is an interested buyer for my property and they're asking if I am using an agent I have a doubt they could be the one soliciting if I've moved on with a different agent. I have lost confidence in them I wont use them again.

All of the staff I have dealt with have always accommodated to my needs and been friendly to engage with. There is one extremely pleasant and hard working woman who I have to give a mention to however. Ellie Slaughter will always go above and beyond for any client. She is the most hard working, easy going estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. It’s even just an honour to have been in her company. Her energy radiates when you are stood next to her. She is beyond incredible. My life improved significantly after meeting her. Thank you for being such a friendly and affable woman. I will always recommend to tons simply because of her.

6th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)I have used Your Move several times over the years as they find suitable tenants quite quickly, while doing a good job suggesting fair market rents and vetting prospects.<br><br>Staff are friendly and competent. During my recent change of tenancy, Tia has been prompt in dealing with issues and very helpful putting me in touch with workmen for refurbishment.<br><br>Head office could be a bit quicker to process paperwork, but all fine when they do.

10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)Great service and customer support offered by David Doyle and their team to facilitate the sale of our property.<br><br>Property has been on the market for a couple of months because of the buyer's market. Their competition took advantage of this and convinced us to advertise the property with other estate agents in the same time with David Doyle.<br>Although we were under the impression that house views were slow with David Doyle we were in disbelief when none of the other main competitors (won't give names but you can google them) have not been able to provide even one house view in over 8 weeks.<br><br>If you have a property to sale in Hemel, David Doyle is your best option!

So many agencies neglect their tenants in favour of being purely focused on the landlord but this branch really do such a great job at making sure the tenants feel secure as well as doing great work for their landlords. From start to finish Zak, Megan and Matt have been a real pleasure to work with, answering a multitude of questions and working hard to make my move as smooth as possible, being super responsive and proactive. Make sure Zak is on your team, he will definitely go above and beyond to solve any problem you might encounter and 100% salvaged a disaster of my own making within mere hours. Thank you!

17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)My brother and I met Director Hugh when we were preparing to sell our mother’s house. From the outset he was head and shoulders above the other professional agents we had encountered.<br>The service we have received has been honest and exemplary in every regard - and we completed on the property within three months of it going on sale. Very impressive. There is a real personal touch that is hard to put a price on here and Hugh and the team have given first rate professional advice and guidance when it has been needed. The sale of the house has taken place at a difficult time for my family and we conclude that we could not have been in more empathetic, reassuring, knowledgeable and efficient hands. This is a class act and I wouldn’t hesitate in using their services again and indeed recommending them to buyers and sellers.

5th Mar 2026 (24 weeks ago)I'm still waiting to hear back from an email sent over a week ago , and that was already chasing an unmet promise!! I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. Will use another agent next time.
7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)Definetly was not happy with Taylors in Dunstable. It was obvious I actually never understood anything when selling my home..But, I soon learnt literally overnight and realised the extortionate price 'he' charged me using a silly printed piece of paper with figures on and with no percentage either stating the fees on selling a home. As 'he' smugly pointed out "he was worth it" luckily with help from a friend who pretended she was selling her house to find out the fees from Taylors, I realised i could get a 1 % fee instead of his greedy extras on top.<br>They never sold my home reason being it was over priced and it was their price and not mine..I had 2 viewings which i still believe were fake and was let down each time an hour before and one actual viewing with half hour notice given however, but with a lovely young lady from Taylors and she gave me feedback straight away.<br>Yet I still would never ever use Taylors again because it was all about making extra money from me in anyway 'he' could.
