16th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)The buyer knew she was the only person to put an offer in so our position for negotiation was shot. We were encouraged to take an offer we weren't comfortable taking and despite us insisting it go back on the market, no effort was made to follow our instructions.

I'm really impressed with Danni who has kept on top of chasing progress and communications with all parties and keeping me updated and informed. Estate Agents are not cheap but I feel this service has been great value for money from marketing, to sale, to getting it finalised asap.

He was knowledgeable, transparent and a step by step guide to success, very grateful.- 25th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)What stands out for me with Foxtons was the ongoing support to ensure as smooth as sale as possible. Foxtons Hemel sold my parents home (marketing, viewing, feedback, all excellent service), however the star had to be Jack (based at Watford) who managed the process once the offer had been secured. Jack kept everyone up to date, and given the totally unforseen circumstances we found ourselves in, still held the chain together. Happy to say completed today. Recommend Foxtons if you are selling in the Watford / Kings Langley / Hemel area

I couldn’t recommend them more highly.- 16th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)We'd had a trying period with another local estate agent before turning to Dey King and Haria based on a stellar experience with Joshua Roston when viewing a property some months prior. Joshua was incredibly knowledgable, personable and, above all else, honest. It was on that basis that we reached out to see if DKH could value our property. We felt they worked a lot harder to market it and Joshua's communication throughout the process was flawless. He is very clearly someone who cares about his work and his clients – not a trait displayed in all estate agents. Once the sale was agreed, Joshua put us into the equally capable hands of Hannah James in her role as Sales Progressor. Hannah was every bit as diligent, open and helpful as her colleague and went out of her way time and time again to move things along throughout a difficult process that saw the buyer's solicitor close down mere days before exchange. She was proactive, very assured and unflappable throughout – precisely what was needed when dealing with previously unseen circumstances and a difficult managing agent. Joshua and Hannah are both a credit to Dey King and Haria which is a firm we would not just use again but recommend to anyone in the areas they operate. Estate agents have a reputation – DKH and its employees are doing a very good job of re-writing it for the better.
