From day one, they have shown great attention to detail and genuine care, always making sure I feel supported and well looked after. The team is very serious and professional in everything they do, and I truly appreciate how reliable and responsive they are. Any issue or question I’ve had has always been handled efficiently and with care. A special mention goes to Dena Gold the property manager, who is absolutely the best. She is dedicated, professional, and always follows through on what she promises. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and committed to doing a great job. Dena is a real asset to Hamptons. I highly recommend Hamptons to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional property management company.

From the very first viewing Maria was fantastic - incredibly responsive, always available when I needed something, and genuinely supportive throughout what can often be a stressful process. She must have shown me the property around five times and was always patient, helpful and professional. Maria really went above and beyond to help get the deal over the line and made the whole experience much smoother than it could have been. A great experience overall and I’m very grateful for all the work she put in. He proactively intervened on our behalf every step of the way. He was unceasingly patient, polite, friendly, professional and calm He made sure to keep us constantly updated and was always prompt in returning calls and answering enquiries, however small. First rate, top quality and exceptional service. If you want to sell or purchase a house, make sure to use Village Estates. Huge thank you to the whole team; we couldn’t be happier.

They were very quick with getting the brochure and advertising together and super quick with booking viewings. The property has sold quicker than expected, which is probably down to the work they put into getting it advertised ASAP. They have gone above and beyond with their professionalism and advice and we can't thank them enough. Highly recommend ??????.

After searching for around six months and viewing multiple properties with different estate agents, I still hadn’t found the right place. 8th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I was very pleased with the communication between Paul from the Cleckheaton Branch and myself, he talked me through everything and was available when I needed questions answered, I was updated at all times of prospective buyers of my property and of course helped to guide me through the sale which I was grateful for.
17th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)After a disappointing start with no communication and the fact we wanted to move to another estate agent, we agreed to start again and have new photos taken and increase the visibility of the property. This resulted in more viewings however we did have to reduce the price of the property from what it was originally priced. It did attract more viewings but I felt we had to prompt the agents to get more done. They did eventually do everything that was required and sometimes we beyond what we expected.
