28th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)The house we are selling is my mums and as I don’t still live in the area it was my brother who was the initial point of contact with Abode. They advised him to put the property on the market for an unrealistically high price and not surprisingly there was little or no interest. So, after weeks of little or no communication with Abode my brother went to see them . He was told the price was too high by someone other than the initial valuer.? So, price reduced to a more realistic level but still poor communication from Abode. We have since found a new agent.
9th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)Would not recommend — the staff were lovely at first, but the lack of communication, internal errors, and complete mismanagement have caused us unnecessary stress, financial loss, and a huge amount of frustration. Definitely avoid
2nd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)The girls were nothing but helpful from start to finish. With it being my first time renting I wasn’t very knowledgeable on the process but they were on hand to assist the whole way. Would highly recommend trusting these guys to find you a new home <3

7th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)Vastly over valued the property. Even with a reduction, the asking price was to high resulting in no viewings. The property was taken down for no reason. We had to travel to the office to get any answers as nobody answers the phone and you can't leave a message as the mailbox is full. Nobody could tell us what had happened, but a few local houses were also removed from Rightmove for no reason, took a week to get them back online....and then it happened again a few weeks later.We actually had someone knock on the door as they had spent three days trying to arrange a viewing, but as nobody answers the phone and you can't leave a message.....nothing ever gets done.

Their approach is very professional and the attention to detail of their marketing and service is excellent, and as a result our home sold far quicker than we expected it to. They know the local market very well and deliver a great service, going above and beyond what I’ve previously experienced with estate agents. I’d recommend them highly.
24th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)We recently bought our new home through Belvoir. Based on that experience, when we were ready to sell our previous home Belvoir was the obvious choice. They have made the whole experience of selling our home completely stress-free. Our house sold in less than two weeks! All the staff were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We were kept updated all the way through the entire process. We can't thank Belvoir enough, and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them for both selling or buying a property.

The process was smooth from the initial viewing, through signing the paperwork, right up to handing the property back at the end of the tenancy. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. All staff were extremely friendly and communicated regularly, always returning my calls and updating me on the progress and the sale was completed within two months. I would definitely have no hesitation in recommending this company.

1st Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Very happy with our new home!! This was helped by Jonathan D from Ewe move. He helped the process feel very smooth. He always offered to help in anyway he could and gave us useful information on the journey and what to expect. From start to finish with solicitors it felt stressful but never with Jonathan. He went above and beyond your regular “customer service”. The little gesture at the end when we got the keys was a nice finish touch with a photo got the memories we are about to begin! Thanks Ewe Move and more importantly Jonathan Davies we will keep you updated on our progress. Thanks again. ????????

25th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)Been meaning to share a review for a while. We moved Nov 25. For such a long time I believed Ben Rose were the estate agent to use due to quality of photos and because of the number of boards you see everywhere. How wrong was I?! Photographer I still believe is excellent. But basically your photos are what sell your house. The staff arent salespeople they are just admin staff with too much on their plate. Service improved after we sold when it became an admin task but selling was not a pleasant experience unfortunately. Every phonecall felt like an inconvenience. They've no spare staff to present your property for you most of the time. Unfortunately I feel like we'd have been better off with purple bricks or an independent estate agent. Won't be moving again hopefully but this is just my honest opinion and experience. Might help others choose estate agents more wisely. Cant speak for the other branches of course, staff from Leyland seemed lovely but we were in the wrong postcode sadly
