I have to say that Andrew and Keisha were fabulous from the start. We were kept updated with progress and treated with care and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble for them. 13th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)Extremely poor service from Jacob. Decided upon himself to alter the asking price without our consent. No apology when questioned. Very defensive attitude. Such a shame as the owner was very apologetic on his behalf and showed way more professionalism. Please learn to own your mistakes. Breach of contract so when we asked for an email to be sent to us removing our house sale and any liability when moving on to another agent he made excuses as being to busy to send a simple email. Really disappointing service and more concerning his attitude. Two days on and we are still waiting on the email!

25th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)Very disappointing experience during a tenancy takeover. Despite my tenancy starting on 19 June, I received little to no communication and had to repeatedly chase for updates by phone and email. I was only informed days later that the person handling my case was on holiday, causing significant delays.<br>Key collection arrangements were never explained, yet I was later told it was my responsibility to collect them from the outgoing tenant. I also had to request important documents, including the inventory report and deposit protection details that was only sent yesterday.<br>To make matters worse, I was charged full rent despite being unable to move into the property due to delays and miscommunication that were entirely outside of my control. Overall, a frustrating and poorly managed experience I would say.
28th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Worst service and they are scammers. If you pay rent on time they wont fix anything and took my entire deposit. Had a balacony issue for 4 years and no one even came to fix it says the balacony door manufactorer is from another area

30th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)I have had difficulty with a tenant not paying the rent and breaking the conditions in the contract.Due to the legislation changes on renters rights, it has made it more complicated. Horton and Senate has been so supportive and have helped resolve the situation. I could not speak more highly of them, in particular Charlotte who kept us very well informed during the period .<br>I would highly recommend them . They are very professional in every way<br>Thank you again, I would not use anyone else.

1st Jul 2026 (5 days ago)honestly, this has been one of the worst experiences i’ve had with a property management company.<br><br>i’ve been chasing them since january to get a job done and they just don’t respond. i’ve emailed them, messaged them on whatsapp so many times, and most of the time i either get ignored or nothing actually gets done.<br><br>there’s a leak coming into my apartment from next door and because of it the wooden flooring has started lifting and coming apart. this has been going on for months and still nothing has been fixed.<br><br>when we moved in, the fridge drawers already had cracks in them. we reported it straight away but were told it wasn’t that serious. now the cracks have got much worse and it feels like they’re going to break completely at any time.<br><br>it’s really frustrating having to keep chasing people just to get basic maintenance sorted. there seems to be no sense of responsibility or urgency, and the customer service has honestly been awful.<br><br>i definitely wouldn’t recommend redstone property management based on my experience.

Having had used previously another well known high street agent, Mike was certainly a breath of fresh air during what is usually a stressful time.
