They gave honest opinions about properties and pointed out things we might have missed. That honesty helped us avoid a few homes that probably would have caused problems later.

6th Jun 2026 (29 days ago)I have used Robert Oulsnam in the past, and would recommend them to anyone who wants a personal service in selling their home. I was very happy with the service provided by James who provided me with a honest valuation of my house and also thank Joel Kordan the sales negotiator for keeping me informed throughout the selling process. Sadly on this occasion I was not able to sell my house because of a negative survey on the property I was buying.

Their marketing and photographs were excellent, they achieved the price we wanted and kept us up to date throughout the entire process. Very pleased indeed and thoroughly recommend Jake and his Team.

They put my details into their system and every time there was a property in my price range, I'd have a phone call telling me about it, something other agents don't do on the regular. Definitely recommend giving them a call if you are looking to buy.

The whole team were incredibly helpful throughout the process, and really helped us during the final week when the conveyancing process got extremely stressful. I'd definitely recommend them!

27th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)In the last 2weeks I have dealt with 6 different estate agents within the Bromsgrove area.From my first enquiry with MECS they far exceeded my expectations and were by far the best estate agents to deal with.<br>I met Kashni at the property I wanted to view and she was professional,knowledgeable,accommodating and very helpful and friendly. All the other estate agents could learn a lot from them and the service they provide. I am very happy to recommend MECS to either sell or buy a property from.<br>Thank you to MECS estate agents and especially Kashni for your excellent customer service .

The whole process was smooth, and the team dealt with all our requests brilliantly, even at very short notice. They were always flexible and helpful, giving us access to the property whenever needed so we could arrange quotes for plastering and electrical work. Thanks to their support, everything went through much faster than we expected. I also rented through Oakton Estates and always found them alert, responsive and helpful whenever any issues came up. They were also very flexible when we were moving into our new property, which meant we didn’t end up paying more rent than necessary. Highly recommend.

Although our tenant pays the rent on time every month, this company delivers the rent to us with a significant delay. This month, it's been over 15 days and they still haven't sent the rent. Despite repeatedly trying to contact them via email, I receive no response. Furthermore, they are not properly managing processes for us (such as municipal taxes and electricity bills), and because we are unaware of these bills, they have put us in a position where we may face legal action.

Congratulations, young man. We hope to see more you agents like you.- 4th Jul 2026 (1 day ago)Avoid!!!<br><br>Poor. Accepted a bid and then days later said a higher bid has gone in. Wouldn't say how much and said there is no negotiation allowed. We were allowed just one more bid. Basically a blind auction! All after initially accepting the offer!<br>Made the improved bid and didn't hear anything. Won't answer calls or emails for a over a week. Really is a disgusting way to treat people and mess with their lives.
