From start to finish, he provided phenomenal service and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.<br><br>What really stood out was his willingness to go above and beyond to support me, even while I was in another country. Communication was always prompt, clear, and professional, and Ricky kept me informed every step of the way. No question was too much trouble, and he consistently demonstrated excellent knowledge, patience, and dedication.<br><br>Buying or selling property can be challenging at the best of times, but Ricky made the experience incredibly straightforward despite the distance involved. Communication was excellent throughout and we always felt well informed. They organised a great open day which led to a quick sale, and everything was handled smoothly. Their honesty and integrity really stood out—we felt we could trust their advice completely. We unreservedly recommend them.

30th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)I have had difficulty with a tenant not paying the rent and breaking the conditions in the contract.Due to the legislation changes on renters rights, it has made it more complicated. Horton and Senate has been so supportive and have helped resolve the situation. I could not speak more highly of them, in particular Charlotte who kept us very well informed during the period .<br>I would highly recommend them . They are very professional in every way<br>Thank you again, I would not use anyone else.

The data led presentation and the ability to see the scale of the prospective buyers was very refreshing. We had a rocky sale but Emma has pushed and pushed to get things completed for us. Would 100% recommend, very friendly, very customer focused.

Communication was always clear and prompt and he was very responsive when I had any questions or needed advice. What really stood out is how much Tim helped things moving by regularly chasing solicitors and following up on outstanding actions, which really made a difference in making the sale progressing smoothly. I would highly recommend Tim and his team to anyone looking to sell their property!
