They were flexible, understanding and went out of their way to enable me to bring forward the move in date as I needed due to my circumstances. Chiara even checked in on us long after we’d move to ensure we were happy. Thank you to both.

Oliver worked with was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the whole process. He explained everything clearly, made the paperwork straightforward, and handed over the keys without any hassle. Overall, the service was smooth and efficient, and I felt well supported at every step. Hannah and Sam from the Shirley branch have been absolutely amazing the communication has been soo easy and had instant replies. I definitely recommend these guys so professional so lovely and understanding. In complete shock atm but thank you guys for everything i really appreciate it.

Leigh was particularly helpful when it came to managing the flat and dealing with any maintenance or repair issues. 22nd Apr 2026 (17 days ago)I have only good words to say about the team at Bayzos. My experience was so much better than I’ve had previous with other agents. Bayzos appear to have thought about what the customer wants and needs and have done everything they can to make it happen. From the initial contact, valuation and advice on what I could do to add to the appeal of the house - thanks James, to the viewings arranged and managed by Leah - immediate comms and feedback on WhatsApp made me feel completely confident in the process. Then support from Jack and also the constant comms and pushing from sales progression team Karen and Michelle. I’ve probably forgotten someone! Seamless and professional but also personal. Thank you!

I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

Becky was always there to help with all the solicitors paperwork. Naif came and did the viewings, he was always happy and made me feel at ease with the sale. Overall i would reccomend Dixons Yardley.
