Matthew, was always on hand to talk about the progress and he also kept in close contact with the agents we were selling with and our solicitors. Even towards the end when we had to revisit completion dates, Matthew kept everyone informed and was proactive in getting the best outcome.

His professional approach and friendly manner is what helped me get through the process. He was transparent even when I wanted things to go quicker. He kept me in a realistic mindset which meant my expectations were appropriate adjusted for the relevant stages of buying a property with some complications. I reported a small leak on Friday evening, she replied instantly and had a contractor booked for the next Tuesday. Brilliant. We also have a great landlady. Between both our landlady and Natasha, we are always looked after.

They went above and beyond in managing the challenges that arose and, through their efforts, we managed an 11th hour exchange and complete on the property. Every effort was made to keep me in the loop throughout the process; all in all an excellent level of service.

3rd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)Myself and my partner have just bought a property in Canford Heath and over the 6 months it took to move into our property the Team at Palmer Snell have been nothing short of fantastic. Grace Bennet is absolutely lovely, took us for our viewing and kept up with us, updating us at all of milestones along the way. Shahob Sayaran is probably THE most helpful, proactive, and hands-on manager I have encountered both professionally and personally. Everything from helping our elderly vendor print and complete paper work, to escorting him to his solicitor so that the final pieces of paper work can be signed and always being just a few dial tones away, he truly has been exceptional throughout the whole process and we could not thank him enough. Joshua Lewis is the Countrywide mortgage advisor currently residing in the Canford Heath Palmer Snell branch. We couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable, helpful or enthusiastic advisor. If you have any doubts at all, he is absolutely worth every penny. We have always been greeted with a smile and warm voice at the end of the phone (no matter annoying we (me) may have got). The whole team is a breath of fresh air and an asset at the forefront of the Palmer Snell Canford Heath Branch. They all deserve a raise! We wish them all the best for the future, Rebecca and Isaac

The staff are always polite, attentive and go above and beyond your expectations. I highly recommend them whether renting or selling. Nothing is too much trouble and the whole team have good knowledge of the current market conditions. We were kept informed of the sale process at all times which led to a very smooth sale. Thanks to all the team and I have no hesitation to recommending them.

11th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)I hadn’t heard of Stratton Oak Estates until contacting Getagent, and originally had them round only for a valuation. They were so professional and friendly and convinced me to give them a try. From start to finish they kept me fully informed of all viewings, and found a buyer very quickly. They have a very good online service to keep track of the sales progression, as well as regularly phoning and emailing. I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, but none have compared close to Stratton Oak Estates.

The support and communication from the whole team during the entire process was exceptional - a special shoutout for Emily who fully supported me through the entire process so I never felt like I was out of the loop. I highly recommend the whole team at Meyers - their knowledge and support is unbeatable!

From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer our questions. Selling and buying at the same time can be stressful, but Jack and George kept us informed throughout the process and worked hard to make everything run as smoothly as possible. Their communication was excellent, and we always felt that they had our best interests at heart. They were proactive in dealing with any issues that arose and helped keep the whole chain moving. 29th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)If I could give 0 stars I would. They were agents for my MILs property, we had 4 months where no payment made and when I queried it and asked for statements Bhav became very defensive and said they couldn’t access statements easily but had nothing to hide and accused me of making accusations that were offensive - turns out they were completely true and money hadn’t been paid. Money was only paid because I went through statements and pointed out what hadn’t been paid. It took 6 months to get a response from TDS about deposit and as NH didn’t do their job properly my MiL got nothing back despite tenants leaving the property in a significantly damaged state. Avoid at all costs!
