22nd Apr 2026 (17 days ago)The team at Corbin & Co were amazing when I purchased my house. I'm slightly embarrassed to say that this was at the end of 2021/beginning of 2022, so it has taken a while for me to leave this review [embarrassed emoticon thingy!]. I said at the time I'd leave a review and the service I received was so good that i keep meaning to do it, despite the lengthy time that has passed. Well.... over 4 years later and today is finally the day! I was supported by Haydn and Kyall, (I can see on the website that Kyall is still working at Corbin). The solicitors I used were less than helpful, but thankfully the team at Corbin were able to obtain updates from the solicitors when I was being ignored. Kyall & Hayden really helped make a stressful experience much less stressful and always kept me up-to-date, even when there was no new news. I'd highly recommend Corbin and Co.

His professional approach and friendly manner is what helped me get through the process. He was transparent even when I wanted things to go quicker. He kept me in a realistic mindset which meant my expectations were appropriate adjusted for the relevant stages of buying a property with some complications. We got there in the end and it was well worth the wait. Thank you Ben!- 3rd May 2026 (6 days ago)I have found the team at Wilson Thomas to be very friendly, quick to respond and very flexible - for instance when we suggested a slight edit to the on-line advertising they were quick to comply.

Her communication is excellent, but it’s her positive attitude and willingness to solve problems that really sets her apart. She is a massive credit to the Northwood team! Thankyou!

They were extremely professional from the outset, put us at complete ease and made the whole experience a pleasure in what can be an extremely stressful time. They were completely transparent and the line of communication was kept open along the way with constant updates throughout. Would highly recommend if you’re looking to sell or buy a property!

Every phase has been uncomplicated and professional. Iain is always clear and concise, and has exceptional office support from Claire, Aimee and the rest of the team. 23rd Dec 2022 (3 years ago)I haven’t sold with them and I’ve had to chase them for every little thing. Very poor communication and now the market has taken a turn for the worse and I’m left unsold.

2nd May 2026 (7 days ago)with advice I was able to accept an offer on my property within days of advertising it and they also put me in touch with other agents who were offering the type of property I was looking to buy. Just now waiting for solicitors to complete their work
25th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)A 'thank you' really isn't enough for the tremendous support from the Poole Sales team - especially Michelle - and the move manager Zaria in the recent sale of my property. They went above and beyond in managing the challenges that arose and, through their efforts, we managed an 11th hour exchange and complete on the property. Every effort was made to keep me in the loop throughout the process; all in all an excellent level of service.

The entire process was straightforward and well-managed, which made what can often be a stressful time feel smooth and hassle-free. Shahob was fantastic at keeping us informed and pro-actively followed up each aspect of the process. Communication was excellent throughout — we were kept fully informed at every stage. The team was responsive, professional, and always available to answer any questions. What really stood out was the speed of the transaction. The turnaround to exchange was impressively quick, and this was handled efficiently without compromising on attention to detail. Excellent, Diligent, Knowledgeable, Friendly and Professional Service from the initial enquiry call with Terry to the viewing with Martin and the administrative stuff with Asia and Marta I felt confident and happy. Now lots of businesses do well and get 4/5 star reviews but for me the measure of a business is when there’s an issue. Team T&R are worth 10 stars all day long and definitely “Top of the Class”. There was a problem which was solved swiftly and calmly by both Marta and Terry who were exemplary in dealing with a rather stressed customer. Big thank you to you all! Highly recommend this independent business to all those looking for their next home or place to lay their hat for a while.

The staff are always polite, attentive and go above and beyond your expectations. I highly recommend them whether renting or selling. Nothing is too much trouble and the whole team have good knowledge of the current market conditions. We were kept informed of the sale process at all times which led to a very smooth sale. Emily the sales progressor kept us in the loop and always answered our questions asap. The WhatsApp group was easy to communicate and as a busy working mum, I was able to access all the messages when I could. I cannot fault their service and would highly recommend :)

26th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Moved in 2022, fire alarms not fitted just left in kitchen cupboards, mouldy and broken white goods left in place, thick mould on floors and walls. Was told it was inspected and nothing to worry about. Didn’t mind as we agreed we could carry out work to make the flat liveable and we love the area so moved in. In two years we have replaced our furniture over 4 times due to mould. 2024 come to move out, baring in mind we have spent over £1000 on flooring and decorating, carter shaw phone to tell me the decorating is not great. The walls are literally falling down and furry with mould, despite us cleaning them every week, which we have emailed countless times about to no avail. I also have doctors notes stating mould as a cause for an asthma attack. If Carter Shaw would like to say any of this is a lie I can attach emails and pictures. Avoid!
2nd May 2026 (7 days ago)Five stars, zero hesitation We were on the market for 9 months with another agent - plenty of viewings, zero offers. Then George at Enfields took over - first viewing, SOLD. Massive shout-out to George, absolute legend of an estate agent. Proactive, confident, and clearly knows how to get results. If only we’d found Enfields sooner, we would have saved ourselves months of needless stress. Highly recommend - especially if George is involved!
25th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)Nick provided an excellent service, got my house sold after I saw a property that I really wanted a few weeks before. The way he promoted our beloved family home with aerial views via drones, and show cased the photos and video really promoted it was amazing, which brought in viewings and finally someone viewed my home three times and an offer was made and we sold it, in the meantime the property I wanted was still for sale, offer went in and today we sit in our new home having moved 24/04/26. Well done Nick it is something to be proud of.
