After meeting Savas and seeing how professional and knowledgeable he was, I decided to sell my own property with him as well. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I made.<br><br>From the beginning, Savas gave me an honest and realistic valuation of my property, and it sold for exactly the price he predicted. The sale process became quite challenging due to complications further down the chain, but throughout it all, Savas remained calm, proactive, and reassuring. Whenever an issue arose, he would say, "Don't worry, everything is under control," and he always followed through by finding a solution.<br><br>Savas was always available to answer calls and messages, kept me informed throughout the process, and provided practical advice whenever decisions needed to be made. No matter what challenges came up, he worked hard to keep things moving and resolve issues as quickly as possible.<br><br>Buying and selling a property can be very stressful, but Savas made the whole process much easier to manage. His professional approach and friendly manner is what helped me get through the process. He was transparent even when I wanted things to go quicker. He kept me in a realistic mindset which meant my expectations were appropriate adjusted for the relevant stages of buying a property with some complications. I reported a small leak on Friday evening, she replied instantly and had a contractor booked for the next Tuesday. Brilliant. We also have a great landlady. Between both our landlady and Natasha, we are always looked after.

She was friendly and knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area, she was able to answer all of my queries, of which there eere many, quickly and easily. Her communication skills, liaising with solicitors, agents and property managers were excellent. I thoroughly recommend her for any selling, buying or renting requirements.
11th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We were recommended Fahrens by friends who had used them before. Fahrens, especially Zak who we sold our property with were absolutely fantastic. We sold our flat and bought a house at the height of the pandemic in 2020/2021 with a newborn baby, such a stressful time but made less so by Zak. He was always there to answer questions, emails etc and was a great support. All the team at Fahrens are so lovely and never make you feel rushed when calling. They even helped us out when there was a leak in the flat above ours whilst we were on holiday by going to the flat on a Sunday to investigate. I can’t thank Fahrens and Zak enough for everything they did for us at that time. They sent our newborn a lovely card and present when she was born too. Estate agents that go above and beyond!

Simon exhibited excellent local knowledge and prepared a professional marketing package that accurately reflected the property. Sol, his business partner was diligent showing prospective purchasers the property. His feedback following each visit was first class. Overall, I was very impressed with the perseverance of the team at Simon and Co. A friendly and professional organisation that is thoroughly recommended.

The staff are always polite, attentive and go above and beyond your expectations. I highly recommend them whether renting or selling.
