Dealing mainly with Dean and Jack who I can highly recommend, great communication, efficient and very successful in selling a great number of the apartment and many off plan too. Highly recommend.

We believed Tailor made had what it took to get the job done, and within out first week we started to get viewings and considerable interest on the house eventually landing the sale. Definitely recommend !

One of the main reasons we chose Welcome Homes was because Leah came across as completely genuine, honest, and never pushy. She took the time to explain the current market, set realistic expectations, and talked us through a pricing strategy that gave us confidence from the very beginning.<br><br>As we had already found a property we wanted to buy, we needed to get our house on the market quickly. The team turned everything around incredibly fast, and we were so pleased with the quality of the photos and the listing.<br><br>From then on, we dealt mostly with Lyndsey, who handled our viewings and kept us updated throughout the sale. She was always friendly, approachable, and excellent at communicating. Lyndsey sold our property very quickly, but what really stood out was everything that happened afterwards. 2nd Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Beware when they try to push you into their preferred property viewing time by saying 'it might get reserved'.<br><br>This is not true. Landlords choose from a list of interested tenants so you can't reserve a property.<br><br>Then you get ghosted if unsuccessful. Is it that hard to have the courtesy to send an email informing people?<br><br>One agency to avoid in the future.
6th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)Really great apartment in a superb location. Just a five?minute walk to the beach, town centre, and plenty of nearby restaurants. The outdoor area and underground parking are excellent bonuses. I’d highly recommend staying here.

After waiting for days with no contact, I chased it up and got told again they were waiting for viewing dates. One day later I checked and the property has been let.........<br><br>A few months back got ghosted too regarding viewing another property.<br><br>If this is their customer service at the very beginning, would you want to rent out with them?<br><br>Big fat no.

He presents properties and associated sale and purchase options/strategy confidently, in a way that inspires confidence that he has done his homework. He accentuates the positives, but is realistic about any drawbacks. He follows up diligently and has a problem-solving, deal making mentality.
