2nd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Winkworth Westbourne was our real estate agent and was great from the start. As a newly moved family to the UK from Sri Lanka they took time to explain all procedures and had a hassle free move in. I should mention our property manager Nino Ninikuri who was excellent. She was amazing with all advice and always was quick to respond to all queries we had despite how busy she was and with regards to all maintenance issues. She did make it feel like it was our own home. If choosing Winkworth Westbourne make sure you request for Nino as your property manager and you will not regret it.

Christian worked tirelessly to secure a sale for us and kept us updated throughout the process. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and if Christian wasn't available then Andrea and Alex were excellent too and made time to assist and help with anything needed. The marketing was very good, the feedback after viewings was detailed and prompt. I would highly recommend Clarkes to anybody thinking of selling!

The after letting support was fantastic, constantly communicating with me and sending all the relevant documents for the property. I must really thank Waleria, Evie, Chemene and all the rest of the team for facilitating a smooth, stress free move. Highly recommend this letting agency.
31st Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Been with enfeilds for 5-6years. Always been fair. Natasha who manages our property for us now is very kind, considerate, and quick. I reported a small leak on Friday evening, she replied instantly and had a contractor booked for the next Tuesday. Brilliant. We also have a great landlady. Between both our landlady and Natasha, we are always looked after.

13th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Really good communication via telephone and MRKT with Tim Bond during the process of changing faulty boiler. I am pleased that the fault report procedure is quick and easy. Boiler has been replaced in exact time and date as planned with lots of support over the phone prior to the plumbing work and after. Thank you!

Austin and Wyatt came with the ability of having super powers and ensured I was all sorted and good to go just in time for my scheduled move in date! I would also especially like to acknowledge and make aware that 'Leah' carried herself excellent and was so professional and honest and very patient at all times. The entire team are suburb!

I contacted them to sell my house but felt I left with new friends. Katie is a safe pair of hands and I can't recommend her, and the whole team highly enough.

11th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We were recommended Fahrens by friends who had used them before. Fahrens, especially Zak who we sold our property with were absolutely fantastic. We sold our flat and bought a house at the height of the pandemic in 2020/2021 with a newborn baby, such a stressful time but made less so by Zak. He was always there to answer questions, emails etc and was a great support. All the team at Fahrens are so lovely and never make you feel rushed when calling. They even helped us out when there was a leak in the flat above ours whilst we were on holiday by going to the flat on a Sunday to investigate. I can’t thank Fahrens and Zak enough for everything they did for us at that time. They sent our newborn a lovely card and present when she was born too. Estate agents that go above and beyond!

I began as a tenant and, with their support, I have just become the owner. I would like to thank them for making life easy for me. I would also like to thank my previous landlord for being so kind about anything that required any action.

We had our property on the market for months with a high street agent and switched to Simon & Co. as we were feeling low priority and the difference was incredible, within a short period of time we had viewings and offers on our property at a time the housing market was stagnant. Sol was so kind and professional from the beginning when we marketed and kept us updated throughout the selling process ensuring good communication channels between ourselves and our buyer. They seemed to genuinely care how everything was going and were so personable making what could have been stressful seem easy. We would definitely use Simon & Co again and highly recommend them.
