6th Jun 2026 (29 days ago)I would definitely recommend Pearson Ferrier to handle the sale of a property. From the first visit and conversation, Matthew was friendly, honest and professional. The team were supportive and helpful throughout and the communication was really great to keep me up dated on the process and progress. This overall process is never without stress but they played their part in making it as smooth as possible.- 23rd Jun 2026 (12 days ago)I have dealt with Pearson Ferrier for several years and all staff are exceptional in what they do, whether it be letting or selling. They return calls and deal with queries or concerns immediately. Lois and Samantha have been brilliant throughout, but recently I have crossed paths with Simon also. Simon is brilliant. He is extremely patient and answers all questions clearly. Simon especially has achieved results where others had previously failed. Thank you so much for your ongoing assistance.

Living over in Poland, I was a bit nervous about how things would go, but regular updates and friendly advice really put my mind at ease.<br>It meant a lot to be kept informed every step of the way, especially since this was my first time selling a house in England. I truly appreciated your patience in explaining all the details and making sure I understood what was happening.<br>Thanks for being so professional, helpful, and supportive from start to finish. You’ve done a brilliant job, and I’m genuinely grateful!

They were there from the beginning to the end of the process to reassure, help and guide.<br>Laurence came to our property fully prepared for the valuation and from then guided us throughout the viewings and initial sale process.<br>Eleanor kept the sale chain updated and moving, smoothing everything over.<br>Toli and the whole team were there especially when it mattered most.

3rd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)Day 34 surprise surprise 3pm the following day and no pack sent! They are absolutely disgusting! Not even an email or a phone call to apologise. Do not use this company! Day 33 Martin and Co promised to send the pack by end of business today Day 32 and still nothing! Please do not use this company. The comments from Earl below to try and reassure are utterly useless. We're now 32 days in waiting for this legal pack and still nothing and paid a ridiculous amount for the privilege of this. Not even an email or a phone call to apologise. Not, 'we'll chase it,' Nothing. And now after I've emailed, AGAIN, are they going to chase. Why weren't they - after 32 days - chasing this already. You can forgive small mistakes, but this is just utter incompetence. Day 18 and still nothing. I can’t begin to tell you how useless Martin and Co are. 1st May - took over management and told they were hopeful information would be loaded on system that afternoon. 8th May - told just a couple of more things to upload 12th May - told it’s not there responsibility and had been outsourced and had to wait 14th May - 14 days after and still nothing. Write 1 star review in frustration 16th May - MD responded to apologise and promised to get to the bottom of it 16th May - told uploaded but now the information had to ‘sync’ but we’d hear Monday morning 18th May - surprise surprise - NOTHING 19th May - finally hear but now charged £564 for a legal pack which cost me £300 last year and now, I have to wait up to ten days for this as it's outsourced again and out of their hands. To say Martin and Co disgust me is putting it lightly. They've actually made me feel physcially sick. Avoid them at all costs. There is nothing good about this company. The stress they have caused me is off the scale. The whole chain knows the stall in this sale is down to Martin & Co. Two and a half months I’ve been waiting for this legal pack to sell my property. I’m literally trapped in a property through their incompetence & the worst is knowing we haven’t even got to the point of them putting the legal pack together yet. Useless & incompetent.

All the staff in Heywood have been pleasant, friendly and helpful. Also, they are proactive when it comes to arranging viewings and following up with potential buyers. R&D, for me, are the go-to estate agents in Heywood. Their long experience and knowledge of the housing market in Heywood allows them to value properties correctly. Their advice is always instructive. Absolutely no complaints.

The team was professional, friendly, and highly efficient throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and stress-free, always keeping me informed and providing clear guidance along the way. Their communication was outstanding, with quick responses to any questions and a genuine willingness to help. The attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high standard of service really stood out. I would highly recommend Leaders Fallowfield to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy letting and estate agent. A truly five-star experience!

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

24th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)I was a tenant under this managing agent at Elizabeth Tower in Deansgate.<br><br>Unfortunately my experience was a very disappointing one. We vacated the apartment over a month ago and our deposit still has not been returned. The whole process has been unnecessarily slow, with poor communication, unanswered calls and delayed responses, meaning we have had to chase repeatedly just to get an update.<br><br>The proposed deductions were also extremely frustrating. Some related to works that had not actually been carried out, including a cleaning charge despite new tenants having already moved into the property. There were also proposed charges for items left in the apartment, even though we had written confirmation that those items were to be left for the incoming tenants.<br><br>We were also falsely accused of causing damage. When I pointed this out and provided clear evidence, they simply removed it from their original deduction amount, which makes me question how the deductions were being calculated in the first place and whether anything was properly checked before charges were proposed.<br><br>On top of that, we helped source the new tenants ourselves, who already lived in the building. This saved the landlord and agent advertising time, marketing costs and avoided a potential void period. Even after going out of our way to do that, we have still been left chasing for updates and feel we have not been treated fairly.<br><br>The whole deposit process has been stressful, drawn out and poorly handled, and we are still waiting for our money back. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this managing agent.

17th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)Excellent service all round from the teams in both Bury branch - Abi, Alicia and Elle - and from Harry in the sales progressing team. We switched our listing from another agent and wish we'd gone with Keenans from the start. The team listened to us, acted as we'd requested and it felt very much like they had the best intention for us in mind, and were on our side.<br><br>Our purchase process became quite complicated and drawn out, however, Harry was superb. Patient and understanding, helpful and a phenomenal representative for the business.<br><br>Many thanks to everyone involved with us.<br><br>I would strongly recommend Keenans for anyone looking for a service that cares!

Having not lived in the area in 8 years it was very helpful to have someone be so attentive and kind in the very stressful time of finding a place to live.
