They react immediately to any issue (I.e. when my oven stopped working it was replaced within 48 hours).<br><br>All boiler services and safety checks are carried out and certificates issued every year on schedule. The gas boiler is serviced annually as well.<br><br>As landlords, I would highly recommend Regency.

The team were supportive and helpful throughout and the communication was really great to keep me up dated on the process and progress. They return calls and deal with queries or concerns immediately. Lois and Samantha have been brilliant throughout, but recently I have crossed paths with Simon also. Simon is brilliant. He is extremely patient and answers all questions clearly. Simon especially has achieved results where others had previously failed. Thank you so much for your ongoing assistance.

Living over in Poland, I was a bit nervous about how things would go, but regular updates and friendly advice really put my mind at ease.<br>It meant a lot to be kept informed every step of the way, especially since this was my first time selling a house in England. 24th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)Dealing with the Staff at Entwistle Green, Bolton has been an absolute pleasure. I contacted them via Right-move to request a viewing of a Flat for renting. The Staff arranged the viewing promptly and met me at the property right on time. The Flat met all my requirements so I advised their Representative that I wished to proceed with the Rental letting. I Contacted their staff at the office at Bolton to pay the holding fee and this went really smoothly. The Staff then sent me a Keysafe Rental Vetting on-line form which I completed and the Staff advised me straight away That my application had been approved and that the rental of the flat would proceed as soon as possible. The whole Transaction has gone really well thanks to all the help I have received from the excellent staff at Entwistle Green, Bolton.

Absolutely no regrets as the team are proactive, fair, and friendly too?? We are at ease when it comes to the portfolio they manage being managed properly... So a BiG Thank-You to Zoe Jackson (There are Two Zoe's) as she is our direct line and property manager, however the full team really are friendly and knowledgeable, so great to deal with..??????

7th Jun 2026 (28 days ago)From putting my property on the market and seeing it through to the sale, the staff were nothing but knowledgable, polite and all replies were dealt with in a very fast and timely manner. I would like to thank Beverly for all her help and patience. No matter how many times I emailed or phoned, Beverly was professional and dealt with all my queries and I received answers back from solicitors ect. within minutes of my emails. Beverly went above and beyond, even on the completion date and no matter how much I was stressed, Beverly was there every step of the way and even offered to stay behind after closing time so I could hand my keys in for the purchaser of my property to obtain. I would thoroughly recommend this company and if in the near future I need an estate agents again there would be no other answer than Redman and Casey.
24th Jun 2026 (11 days ago)I was a tenant under this managing agent at Elizabeth Tower in Deansgate.<br><br>Unfortunately my experience was a very disappointing one. We vacated the apartment over a month ago and our deposit still has not been returned. The whole process has been unnecessarily slow, with poor communication, unanswered calls and delayed responses, meaning we have had to chase repeatedly just to get an update.<br><br>The proposed deductions were also extremely frustrating. Some related to works that had not actually been carried out, including a cleaning charge despite new tenants having already moved into the property. There were also proposed charges for items left in the apartment, even though we had written confirmation that those items were to be left for the incoming tenants.<br><br>We were also falsely accused of causing damage. When I pointed this out and provided clear evidence, they simply removed it from their original deduction amount, which makes me question how the deductions were being calculated in the first place and whether anything was properly checked before charges were proposed.<br><br>On top of that, we helped source the new tenants ourselves, who already lived in the building. This saved the landlord and agent advertising time, marketing costs and avoided a potential void period. Even after going out of our way to do that, we have still been left chasing for updates and feel we have not been treated fairly.<br><br>The whole deposit process has been stressful, drawn out and poorly handled, and we are still waiting for our money back. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this managing agent.
