Myles and Guy dealt with my sale which unfortunately became very long winded but they were lovely and always kept me in the loop never failing to return my call if they were out of office. 3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)Used for the sale of my property and was rather underwhelmed by the overall service. I had to chase to see what was happening as got no comms from them even the week before completion i had to chase all parties as buyers solicitor was responding...Then once the sale had completed, never got a thank you for your business, nothing, its as though it , weve got your money now. Our agent we are buying new property kept asking for updates and got zero reply and had to ask me for an update. Am sure when using estate agents they are supposed to take all this out of the process for you, give you updates etc.<br><br>Disappointed- 5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)I had a fantastic experience with Your Move from start to finish. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Our sale didn’t go without its problems but Jamie, Zoe and Helen were always supportive and all correspondence was replied to immediately or at least asap.<br>The team are very grounded and professional and you have confidence that they’re doing all the necessary administrative and diplomatic work on your behalf in the background to get the sale through the line.<br>The very personable approach the whole team have is very comforting and it made you feel that they genuinely cared. We spoke and messaged Helen a lot !!!! She remained very patient and professional and knew she wanted the best outcome for us.<br>We would highly recommend them all in a heartbeat.

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

From start to finish, Lynne, Seth and the whole team have been absolutely fantastic.<br><br>I’ve mainly dealt with Lynne throughout the process, and she has been so lovely, helpful and reassuring. Buying my first home ended up being a much more complicated process than I expected, but Lynne was always there to keep me updated, answer my questions and help wherever she could.<br><br>Seth has also been incredibly helpful and friendly whenever I’ve dealt with him, and I’ve genuinely felt so well looked after throughout the whole process.
