12th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)Initially found the team to be professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful prior to signing the contract. However, the experience deteriorated quickly afterward. Communication has been extremely poor and often unresponsive, with commitments made that were not followed through. Overall, the service has felt disorganized and significantly below expectations for a letting management agent. The property continues to be shown in its current condition, which raises questions about their standards and oversight. Additionally, their knowledge of the local area appeared limited, which further reduced confidence in their ability to manage effectively. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using them for lettings.

Having been convinced that we would go with a big local name, instead when Simon Stone came to complete a valuation our choice was made. Simon’s very real enthusiasm for properties outside the norm is tangible and he really convinced us he could sell the lifestyle that came with our property rather than just the size. I’m so glad we did go with Simon. He secured an offer really rather quickly and then passed us over to the wonderful Hannah to handle the sale. Hannah worked wonders in a sale affected by one of the chain being hospitalised with Covid-19. She kept pushing everything through and we completed by Christmas. So, we cannot recommend Unique enough. If your home is a little different from the average they have the insight to really market it as you would want and the tenacity to push a sale through in difficult circumstances.

He guided us through the process and there was no pressure or pushy sales pitches. Gary is so knowledgeable about the market, and a genuine gentleman. A special mention must go to Chris, whose communication skills are second to none. He kept me constantly updated and masterfully coordinated with both the solicitors and the other estate agents involved in the chain, making a stressful process feel incredibly smooth. Every single member of staff at the Hailsham office was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
