Now isn’t the right time for us to move, yet we appreciated Chase’s approach and professionalism in every interaction we had. Every time we thought it was over another hurdle reared its ugly head and they went that extra mile to smooth the matters out. Toby was excellent with the mortgage advice and I would highly recommend him. Also Arif was on board with fantastic communication when I spoke with him several times. I can highly recommend all the staff at Connells in Burgess Hill

If I could leave him an extra star I would! He went above and beyond anything we’ve experienced when buying previously. He supported and guided us throughout the whole process and was always on hand to chat through any challenges during the legal process. He was professional, knowledgeable and an all round good guy! He’s clearly passionate about what he does and is brilliant at his job. Thank you so much for all you did to get us into our dream home!

I can not praise them highly enough for their proactivity, advice, enduring patience as my siblings have little or no experience of selling property, their professionalism and friendliness. Max, Sophie and Fred were all so lovely and approachable. In particular we struck up a very amusing banter with Fred Thorne over our shared love of animals, especially about our chubby cat. Fred was particularly proactive in selling our house and I just want to thank him especially for helping to make the heartbreaking decision to have to sell our family home so much more easy and bearable. Well done to all at the Lewes Branch but special thanks go to Fred for supporting us and providing the humour in such a stressful situation.

I had been looking for over 3 years for the right property in Lewes and having met and had dealings with most of the other local Estate Agents I can say that my relationship with Lewes Estates was one of the best. They were always friendly, pro-active and professional in dealing with my enquiries and kept me fully updated throughout the process.

We both bought and sold through them, and the whole experience was professional, friendly and straight forward from start to finish.<br><br>One thing that really stood out to us when choosing an agent was the quality of their property photographs. They present all their houses beautifully and really set themselves apart from the competition.<br><br>Communication throughout was excellent, and we always felt looked after and kept informed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Damian and Zac. A fantastic service all round x

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

Having previously dealt with large corporate agents who lost sight of the seller's interests, Thomas was a breath of fresh air. He strikes the perfect balance: accommodating purchasers professionally while keeping his primary focus, integrity, and loyalty entirely on the seller. To Thomas, a sale isn't just a number—it’s personal. His deep industry experience, hands-on support through thick and thin, and willingness to go well above and beyond got my sale over the line in a challenging market.

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)Highly recommend Gareth Pontin, who helped make buying our first home feel so much less daunting!<br><br>We initially went to Gareth with no idea whether we’d even be able to get a mortgage, due to one of us being on a VISA. Gareth was able to access a wide range of lenders that we wouldn’t have been able to approach ourselves, and he made the whole process feel much more straightforward.<br><br>Our purchase took longer than expected, but Gareth was able to secure us a new mortgage deal during the process. This meant our interest rate actually decreased, which was a fantastic result!<br><br>He also helped us arrange our buildings and life insurance, making the whole process much easier.<br><br>We had a really great experience and would highly recommend Gareth to anyone looking to buy their first home or remortgage.
