He is professional, approachable and incredibly knowledgeable and really helped me when looking for a property to buy.<br><br>I would highly recommend both Jacob and tlc Estate Agents for anyone looking to buy in Kensington and Chelsea.
17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unfortunately, they couldn't find a buyer for my stunning flat themselves and had to enlist an outside estate agent, and had me stump up extra money to help compensate them. So they got it done after the end of the contact term, but it cost me £thousands more. This was after they earlier had asked me to agree to halt showings as demanded by an earlier (lower) offer that I reluctantly accepted. That buyer ended up walking weeks later, wasting precious time that could have been spent finding a real buyer. Estate agents are not your friend. No matter how charming they appear before their engagement contract is signed, once you sign it, they revert to their true mercenary selves, pressuring you to accept offers well below the very valuation they provided, because their only loyalty is to earning their fee. Don't get fooled. Wish I never used this JDW office.

We had previously worked with a property agent but working directly with her we found a property at a fair price and moved quickly to secure the property. Was very quick and easy and having dealt with many estate agents over the years she is one of the best

Neil and Angus were incredibly professional, had great communication and I would definitely recommended and use them personally again in the future.

Every time we thought it was over another hurdle reared its ugly head and they went that extra mile to smooth the matters out. Toby was excellent with the mortgage advice and I would highly recommend him. Also Arif was on board with fantastic communication when I spoke with him several times. I can highly recommend all the staff at Connells in Burgess Hill

Storrington is a hidden gem surrounded by breathtaking vistas and places to enjoy leisure and Nature. I’m a little reluctant to share my honest thoughts... I don’t want too many people to know what a great deal moving to the area is. The cat’s out of the bag now, though.

An outstanding element is how Marcus is personally involved throughout and that makes a real difference to us as a client. I would highly recommend!

I put all faith in to them and they delivered.<br>Special mention to Madi who was assigned to us selling a parkhome.<br>She was on the ball and knew exactly the process to get it over the line.

A special mention to Aaron, who looked after us from the very beginning right through to exchanging contracts. He was always helpful and made the whole process feel much easier.
