However, the Preston Park sales team were really helpful throughout the process and their communication and updates were better than my solicitor! There were a few delays within my chain, but we got there in the end. Thank you to Kate, David, Tom, Suzanne and Emily. The flowers and card were also nice to receive on completion day.

Because we only needed a valuation and have no immediate plans to sell the house I let Kelly know this in advance. In spite of this she really took her time to carry out the valuation and to present me with comparable sales in the area. She was very friendly and helpful and shared a lot of her expertise. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cubit and West and will be sure to appoint them when we decide to sell.
