13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)I recently bought a property in Wick Hall. That process took us 6 months. From initial research before going on the market, of many different blocks and flats in our targeted area, to actually moving in last week. Wick Hall was not included in my thoughts but I saw two flats for sale there on Right Move in April. Intrigued I called the agent Phillips and Still to ask about why two flats in the same block were so different on price. My call was answered by Alice King who offered to show me both even though we weren't yet on the market. That kindness and underlying professionalism from the first meet, built up a complete trust in Alice. We weren't ready to go then. Alice then contacted me when another property came up. We had a viewing and the flat stayed in our minds a a potential. After further thought we contacted Alice again and told her that we'd be putting an offer in subject to selling our house. Which by being on a very popular family residential area and in excellent condition sold quickly. Alice helped us with additional viewings, and also during negotiating the sale. Alice was a constant support and positive always. She is also an expert on Wick Hall so fully able to answer all the questions. She also helped us on moving day with the caretaker. We cannot thank both Alice and Phillips and Still enough for our experience, during the process. Fully reccomended this Estate agent.

She’s always friendly, polite, honest and incredibly efficient at turning things around for me.<br><br>Anything I’ve asked Jess to action is dealt with quickly, often the very next day, and I never have to chase her. That level of communication and follow-through is great!<br><br>Kerry-Anne, you get 10 out of 10 gold stars from me for your kindness, friendliness and honest help!!.<br><br>Sawyer & Co are lucky to have you all!

Les and his team were excellent at giving us advice, providing feedback from all the viewings and keeping us informed of progress. Despite a difficult housing market we managed to successfully complete the sale of the property. I would recommend them.

If I could leave him an extra star I would! He went above and beyond anything we’ve experienced when buying previously. He supported and guided us throughout the whole process and was always on hand to chat through any challenges during the legal process. He was professional, knowledgeable and an all round good guy! He’s clearly passionate about what he does and is brilliant at his job. Thank you so much for all you did to get us into our dream home!
2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Quite simply brilliant! Fantastic all round service on selling our house. I’ve bought and sold quite a few properties and always dread the ‘vetting’ stage, where the usual process is to be given a load of corporate ’babble’ followed by vastly over inflated valuation with the aim of securing your business. Refreshingly none of this happened when Tom came to visit. He gave a an honest appraisal of the house and current market conditions and suggested some innovative marketing strategies which differentiated knight and Knoxley from other agents. Initially I was fearing that the not being tied into any time based contract was some sort of ‘estate agent Jedi mind trick’, far from it…..it was true and again differentiated them from the competition. Following instruction, they more or less immediately secured an above asking price offer and then, Nat followed through with the sale. He brilliantly dealt with the inevitable ‘bumps’ along the way, providing sound guidance leading to the completion of the sale allowing our family to move on with the next chapter of our lives. I will be ever grateful to Tom and Nat for all their assistance and just generally being decent blokes. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

The admin staff who greet you at the front desk, Laoisa and Ruth, are friendly and professional, and if I ever had a query they usually answered my email within 30 mins. Its easy to get through on the phone, and the staff all know where everyone is - and they always ring you back. I think the photographer they use is superb - I've used other agents, and this guy is great. Wish I could give him a name check! James came and valued my flat, Rob conducted the sale and I felt entirely confident that they would get me the best result. The solicitors they recommended were extremely responsive and professional, and all in all, it was a simple and straightforward process. High Five, all at Lextons, and thank you.
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Cox & Co are an outstanding Estate Agents. I used them recently to sell my house and help me in the purchase of my new flat both in Hove. From the onset of my professional experience, everything was first rate. Marc came to value and market the house. He was armed with information and data to help price my property accurately in the current market where house prices had been returning to normal after the Covid spike. So took his advice and set the price. As he asked me for what difference between the buying and selling would be my target. Sarah then took over the viewings and they then sold my house and a price which after 3 lower offers we were prepared to accept. He vetted by buyers and ensured that I got the best buyer from the two bidding buyers. Marc, then helped me to get an outstanding solicitors and continued to help me negotiate, on our behalf the purchase of our lovely flat. He also got me to that difference in the net values which I had targeted. That was astonishing in the current market. A huge testament to his understanding of the local property market. After which all the day to day work was placed in the very capable hands of Josh, who fully supported, helped and guided us to a very stressful end of process. This was an outstanding team effort with no weak links. So I will without hesitation reccomended Cox & Co to anyone who wants to buy and sell property locally in the Brighton, Hove, Portslade and local area without hesitation. This is a class outfit. Can I finally add my huge thanks to the whole team, while confirming the consistent and universal 5 star reviews. That is very definitely earned. I can't thank you enough for seeing us through.

Our sale and purchase in Hove was straightforward, well-planned and Heb was always available and always brilliant to deal with. Responsive, intelligent, quick, knowledgeable, flexible and also a really nice chap! Our flat sale and purchase were mid-high-ish market, so they definitely had bigger commissions to chase than ours, but Heb made us feel like their only customer all the way, and that alone is worth gold when you're looking for an estate agent. The team on Blatchington Road are endlessly friendly, and they work so hard. I am thrilled to leave their 200th review on here, with five glowing stars.
