Especially a woman that keeps hanging up on you when you call them! ?????? Outrageous! They think they own you but they forgot without us(people) there won't be a job for them. I would not recommend this letting agents to anyone.... Just nightmare.. Very very disappointed!

The team was professional, approachable, and highly knowledgeable, guiding me through every step of the process with confidence and clarity. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. Communication was outstanding throughout. They were always quick to respond to any questions and kept me fully informed at every stage, giving me peace of mind and reassurance. Their attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service really stood out, demonstrating that they genuinely care about their clients. I was particularly impressed by their expertise in the local property market and their proactive approach, which ensured everything ran seamlessly from start to finish. Every interaction reflected their professionalism, reliability, and client-focused attitude. From the start, he had such a positive, can-do attitude and never made anything feel like too much trouble. He was approachable, friendly, and just really easy to talk to, which made a stressful situation a lot easier to handle. Thanks to Jack, we got a really positive outcome, and that’s hugely appreciated. It’s honestly so refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely wants to help and makes the effort to go the extra mile. We’re very grateful for everything he did. Best regards, Lee
27th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Healy & Newsom, and in particular Lisa in Sales Progression, were instrumental in the successful sale of our property and the navigation of some particularly tricky and stressful negotiations. Lisa in particular provided a unique service I've never experienced before with an estate agent. Getting actively involved in the entire chain to spur on progress, while keeping me directly informed, explaining timelines/challenges and processes and even at times basically giving me therapy. She single handedly kept me sane during what became a particularly stressful sale due to personal circumstances and time pressures that the buyer utilised to their advantage, and without her help and H&N's guidance and protection I probably would have crumbled, so a MASSIVE thank you in particular to her. I also wanted to thank Simon who jumped in towards the end to help push negotiations, exchange and completion over the line. So to conclude; I can't and couldn't recommend an estate agent more than I do Healy & Newsom. Absolute legends.

Harry Mishons was was incredibly easy to contact, informative and pragmatic from booking the first viewing, all the way to completion. During the process, they were informative and supportive in ensuring the process went as smoothly as possible while we made sure it was the right purchase for us. Keira and Harry checked in during the process and kept us informed and were very helpful Mishons were also supportive on giving access to the property for further visits, including prior to completion. I am still amazed at how smoothe the buy process was, compared to what I was expecting and Mishons were a huge part of this. I would recommend them to anyone

They’ve also gone above and beyond in helping members of my team secure accommodation. One staff member has already found a flat through them, and I’m currently working with them to help another. A special mention goes to Rebecca, the managing agent, who has been absolutely incredible throughout the process. Her support, responsiveness, and dedication have made everything so much easier. Thank you for all your help—I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend HW Estate Agents.

24th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)I can’t fault the hard work that Aidan and Harry have put into selling our flat. When we first appointed Lextons last year, we were really unhappy with the service we received, however when our buyer pulled out and we had to go back on the market they did a full 180 and have been brilliant. Aidan was appointed to our sale after our buyer withdrew and he has been excellent. So kind, easy to talk to and has been really helpful throughout this whole process. He’s kept us in the loop, and kept us calm when things got a bit stressful. We really appreciate the work that he has done to get our sale over the line.
