We are moving to WIltshire from out of area and this adds to the already difficult process of viewing potential houses. However, Charlotte and Olivia went totally out of their way to help us, even coming in on a day off to enable a viewing. Charlotte never had her phone off!! Although we never purchased through Paxtons, I would absolutely not hesitate to either purchase or sell through them. Thank you all very much. Shane and Suzie.

I have found them to be very honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable and they are always very polite and courteous to deal with. They supported me through the whole process and were always very responsive to any questions that I had. A special thanks to Karen C, David and Abbie who all played a part in my sale and I am very grateful to the whole team.

4th May 2026 (5 days ago)We have found our Agent Miranda Menzies to be very helpful, hard working, professional and feel we would not have sold our property if it was not for her. Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.
27th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Abby at Andrews longwell green was everything you would want an estate to be. She builds a great rapport with her customers that you know she will quickly establish similarly with potential buyers. A great regular communicator, always have rang with feedback the day after a viewing, and when she could not get in touch with the viewer she would still ring to keep you updated. Gave great advice on sales strategy through out the process as did the rest of the team at the office. Prior to assigning Andrews, my house was on the market with another well known bs30 local estate for over 18 months and the house felt unsaleable, but from the moment we assigned Andrews interest in the house significantly increased, with high quality viewings and it felt like finding a buyer was just around the corner which turned out tot ve true. Thank you Abby and Andrews Team, I could not recommend you highly enough!

She handled the entire process with professionalism, sensitivity, and clear expertise, which made a potentially difficult time far easier. Communication was excellent throughout, and Lisa was always approachable, responsive, and reassuring. Her attention to detail and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome really stood out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a dedicated and trustworthy estate agent.

Whenever I have any queries or maintenance issues, Moorfields Estate Agents has been extremely helpful and sorted things out quickly. Communication is always professional and friendly. It's a huge relief to know that if something goes wrong, they are on it immediately.

The photography is excellent (thank you Kevin) and communication, from Bonnie especially, was second to none. Justin managed the viewings and offers we had really well. We didn't sell our property in the end (no fault of the estate agents) but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We will be coming back when we want to sell again!

24th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Blue sky have been excellent and have sold our house very quickly . We chose them because they had great reviews in relation to communication and we completely agree. They’ve kept us in the loop every step of the way, kept things moving and have provided feedback within an hour of every viewing. They’re a really friendly and approachable team and they’ve been really easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.
12th Feb 2026 (12 weeks ago)The agents were generally adequate, though punctuality was a concern. During one arranged inspection, the agent arrived over an hour late. I had contacted the office beforehand to cancel as I was no longer available, but the agent still attempted to gain entry and became defensive and confrontational when refused access. My main concern is with the property management companies they represent. I would strongly advise caution when dealing with properties managed by Forge Property Group. Despite being an exemplary tenant with a perfect payment record and maintaining the property to a high standard, they demonstrated extreme inflexibility. When my partner's grandfather passed away and we inherited his cat, Forge Property Group refused to allow it despite my offer of additional security deposit and the fact other flats in the building have pets. They refused to renew my tenancy solely due to this, then served a formal Section 21 eviction notice as a "precautionary measure" despite my full cooperation. The property was not redecorated between tenancies and basic maintenance required extensive follow-up. Future tenants: document everything in writing and be aware that flexibility cannot be expected from this management company.

They were consistently responsive and professional, and it was a pleasure working with them. I also happen to think they do a great job with the photography and details of the listings that they represent, and as someone on the buy-side I can only say that I was impressed by the quality of the listings they represent.

They were all very helpful and the friendly and professional way in which they handled everything was great. I have no hesitation in recommending Fraser Stretton to anyone wanting to sell a property.

Andy was always there when needed. Andy is the top man if you are think of selling. Highly recommened. Thank you Andy
21st Apr 2026 (18 days ago)My friend and I were renting a flat in the Downend area through a company called Intire. We were happy with the service they provided. Then that was switched to Chase Buchanan and things went down hill. Within months, they notified us that 'the landlord' had decided to increase our rent by 30%. I was in a low paid job & my friend had recently lost her job so it would have been a struggle to afford that. After some discussions, it was agreed that it would be reduced to 'just' a 15% rise. Still a struggle but we managed. About 10 moths later, they informed us - BY EMAIL - that the landlord had decided to sell the flat & that we had to get out. There was no chance of us affording to live together elsewhere and, as we were getting zero help from Chase Buchanan, we had to separate. They also charged us £300 (+ VAT) to have the place deep cleaned after we left when the flat was far from clean when we moved in 6 years earlier. Some staff were helpful at times but I found it very unprofessional to be told that we were being evicted by email. The only good thing to come out of this is that we'll never have to make use of the services again.
