20th May 2026 (14 weeks ago)Don't bother to clean up too much, no matter how hard you try they will still charge you hundreds of pounds. After living at one of their properties for just 6 months, I handed over the house as clean as I got it but they still charged me £560 for deep cleaning. Finally we were especially impressed with their comms, always to the point and timely. Overall they set a high, reassuring standard.

3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)I used Joe on a recent remortgage and it's safe to say it wasn't a simple one for him to sort out due to the complexity involved. After speaking with numerous lenders with no luck, he was finally able to get the ball rolling with one in the end after being able to explain the situation to them directly. Can't fault his service or effort!

She was down to earth, easy to talk to, and genuinely cared about us as people, not just another sale. Unlike many estate agents who seemed focused solely on closing the deal, Angel took a personal approach and was honest, approachable, and supportive throughout the entire process.<br>Nothing ever felt like a sales pitch. Her communication was excellent, and she always made us feel listened to and valued.
