14th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience.<br><br>Whenever the matter was not in their interest, it took them more than a week to reply. I've never experienced such slow communication with any other agency. It made the whole process unnecessarily stressful and frustrating.<br><br>I would not recommend this agency.
6th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)The whole experience was a nightmare but no fault of the Estate Agents just added difficulty with bad communication with the solicitors and the property being a lease hold<br>Took ages to complete<br>Staff in office very patient and helpful- 20th May 2026 (14 weeks ago)Don't bother to clean up too much, no matter how hard you try they will still charge you hundreds of pounds. After living at one of their properties for just 6 months, I handed over the house as clean as I got it but they still charged me £560 for deep cleaning. Very disappointed I DON'T RECOMMEND IT!

8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)When it comes to marketing period properties it would be tough to beat Sheridans. Plus their deep knowledge of the local market makes a powerful and effective combination. Finally we were especially impressed with their comms, always to the point and timely. Overall they set a high, reassuring standard.
12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)I would like to extend my thanks to Miriam on the Lettings team for being so kind, professional and helpful in what has been a tough process for me. I thought that finding a property at short notice that ticks every box would be quite difficult, but not only did she recommend a great property, she went above and beyond to ensure those boxes were ticked. This is absolutely the best experience I’ve had with a letting agent and I’d be more than happy to recommend her and WHB to those needing their services. Thankyou!

19th Aug 2026 (4 days ago)Some of the property management agents at Martin & Co are polite and respectful. They respond quickly and answer questions promptly. I would like to give my thanks to Emily.<br><br>I had a difficult experience when I was locked into my apartment on a particularly hot day, called the emergency line and then had to call a locksmith. No one answered the emergency line after sending a text and leaving voicemails. They didn’t even believe the lock had an issue until their locksmith came. I was left with a bill of £180 and was promised my the agent that I would be refunded. This never happened. Worst experience ever.
16th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)Important to note: Clarke and Simpson were not our agents, but were the agents for the property we were purchasing. Stuart Clarke was handling the sale for his client, but throughout the process we genuinely felt he was acting as much for us as for them. He obviously had a vested interest in completing the sale, but irrespective this fact, throughout the process Stuart was highly responsive, offered constructive help and advice, and was consistently on hand to answer queries, arrange re-viewings and relay our queries and concerns to his client. C&S’s clients were, sadly, selling the property under a power of attorney which raised some challenges. Throughout the process though Stuart and the C&S team dealt with these sensitively and proactively. Had we instructed them under similar circumstances, we would have felt that we were in safe hands. Thank you, Stuart and team.

She went above and beyond to make the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible, always keeping me updated and answering any questions quickly.<br><br>Sienna is not only knowledgeable and hardworking, but she genuinely cares about her clients and makes you feel like you’re in safe hands. Her communication and attention to detail were brilliant, and she was always approachable and willing to help.<br><br>If you’re looking for an estate agent who really puts their clients first, I would 100% recommend Sienna. We found the property that we really wanted and, although at the time it was already sold, Jade assured us that if anything changed she would 100% make it happen for us and we are now living in our dream home! Could not recommend Jade high enough. The personal touch you will almost definitely not find anywhere else
