Daniel Rees, the agent at Savilles, made the process of buying as smooth as it could be. He was a calm, thoughtful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We would be happy to recommend using Savilles.
7th Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)The property was previously on the market with a different estate agent but no offers were received. After switching to Herbert R Thomas, recommended by get agent, there were a number of viewings on the property and an offer made and accepted. Wish we had used get agent sooner as after switching it was sold within 6 weeks after being listed previously for over 15 months.
2nd Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I had been with a different Estate Agent and had little interest, I changed to MGY and the team did a brilliant job. Photos and description were better, advertised wider, many more viewings and a successful purchaser. They’ve gone above and beyond.
4th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)We were never asked what we were looking for so they could suggest properties they had, we never had any feedback given from viewings we had, despite asking for it, when there was a few weeks of no viewings we had no communication at all, no keeping in touch messages or calls, then when we asked them to remove our house from their system they didn't answer, then after chasing eventually gave us a date, then that date passed and we had to chase for the removal again. Unfortunately, I feel that the bigger the company the less they care about customer service as they get paid either way, whether or not they sell the house (at least that's how it felt to us) really disappointed as first impressions were excellent, just a shame this wasn't kept up.- 23rd Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)Took ages to resolve issues with the property including essential ones. Coming at the property every few months to take photos indoors, felt very invasive.

Both Jodie and Sandra have been extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Having met Jodie on numerous occasions while viewing a range of properties, I have always found her to be friendly, approachable, and incredibly supportive. Her wealth of experience and local knowledge has been invaluable, and she has always been happy to answer any questions and offer honest advice. I am extremely pleased with all the support they have given me whilst searching for a home to rent and feel confident that anyone using Daniel Matthew's services will receive the same high standard of care and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

2nd Jul 2019 (7 years ago)I just purchased a bungalow and used 3EA-Three Estate Agents Talbot Green. Brilliant. They keep you informed as to everything that is happening and not kept in the dark about anything. Rebecca in the office is brilliant, feel as if I have made a new friend. Johnathan even came to the bungalow and opened the door to welcome me at my new home before giving me the keys. I am happy to recommend this estate agent to anyone.

1st Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)Our Experience with Property Plus We initially invited four local estate agents to value our property in Tonypandy. Having done our own due diligence, we already had a good idea of its market value. When the representative from Property Plus came to assess the property, she confidently claimed she could achieve a higher price and mentioned she had years of experience as a former surveyor. On that basis, we decided to give them a chance and proceeded on a sole agency agreement. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We were left with the impression that she was largely winging it. We received very few updates — no proactive phone calls after the limited number of viewings, and little to no genuine feedback from potential buyers. Most communication came via the occasional text or email, and overall the process felt very “hands off.” Any meaningful updates required us to visit the office in person, which, to be fair, was a much better experience and more in line with what we’d expected from the start. In summary, we felt trapped in a poor sole agency agreement and that the three-month term was largely wasted due to a lack of communication, feedback, and follow-up.
