They are still the same bunch of people who will try to rip you off on every single occasion. Please avoid at all cost. There are plenty good agencies out there

Each and every aspect of the marketing and selling process was conducted professionally and I felt confident that I was being fully invested in as a client. They were quick to notify me of pending viewings and gave a full appraisal following each. Every member of staff involved had a friendly and personable manner and were a pleasure to engage with, namely Graham, John and lastly but not least Sam who predominantly led the sale. I would have no hesitation in recommending using this branch.
12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)Outstanding service from start to finish! Steve and Lily are by far the best agents I've dealt with on any property sale/purchase. Open, honest and couldn't do more to help and make sure everyone gets the best outcome. We were required to get to market fast to secure a further property and the whole team worked at speed to make this happen. At no point have I had to chase or push for action. Also, when undertaking viewings they are very respectful of the property and trustworthy. Lily even remained professional whilst our dog ate her shoe! 100% will use Steve, Lily and Leaders again!!

They also kept my buyers in place from start to finish which was circa 10 Months so was really grateful for that.
26th Feb 2026 (20 days ago)We were initially impressed with the response we received after inviting them to value our property. Once we agreed to market through them, their professionalism shone through - from signing up, the "property for sale" launch, our viewings, our offers and eventually onto the exchange of contracts. All the time the communication was flowing throughout. KPC had set up an informal WhatsApp group for general chats, info exchange and to deal with our questions. Marketing is key, to maximise the chances of a sale on your property in these turbulent times - We certainly made the right choice!

They have been so patient with us, more than accommodating and fitting us in such late notice for a viewing which I really appreciated! I would recommend to both buyers and sellers. 13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)I chose Grace estate agents because of previous complimentary reviews, it’s out of town centre office location affording easy access and parking. Their terms were clear and reasonable, with their MD Tara Grace taking the time to introduce herself and the business to me. Here is the thank you message I sent to Karen Ward, who looked after the sale of my property, which speaks for itself: Just a note to express my appreciation for the way you have handled my sale of the above mentioned property once having secured a buyer. What on the face of it, should have been a comparatively straightforward transaction, ended up being slowed by the need for the buyer to change their representing solicitor practice twice! You were always ‘on the ball’ chasing up as required along the way. I also really appreciated the friendly and professional way all the office took calls if you were not there or otherwise engaged! All your colleagues were always a pleasure to deal with. Having had recent experience connected with the attempted sale of a different property further made me appreciate the way your agency works!
24th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)We sold two homes through Oakheart to move into a property together. We decided to go with them after viewing a property, as they were professional and answered all the questions we had as well as listening to why that house wasn't right for us (and actually turned up unlike other estate agents we had booked viewings with lol). Marcus was great with coming to see us to value the properties and managed to get us viewings before they were even on Rightmove. Both sold in less than 9 days, which was crazy! Throughout the early stages of the selling process, he was great at staying in touch with us as was the office to confirm suitable times for viewings. Once the sales were being progressed, Amy and Indie were also awesome. Amy was fast to respond to queries and kept us updated and was fab at pushing for completion, as well as being reassuring and proactive to prevent the chain from collapsing. Despite it being a complex split chain with some issues arising from my buyers having a few problems with things like surveys being requested last minute by their lenders, and poor communication from the estate agents we are buying from, they did a brill job at managing everything to meet our completion date.

I lost my Mother in August 2024 and employed Chamberlain Phillips to sell both my property and my Mothers at the same time to enable my move to a different area. I embarked on the process not doubting their skills, but believing this would take nothing short of a miracle to happen. From Craig, Lorraine , and the rest of the team in between, they carried me through a really difficult and sensitive time, going way over and above with help, advice and skill. I will never be able to thank them enough and for someone that has gone through around 20 house moves in my lifetime, they are by far the best. Thank you all so much.

Our move was complicated by collapsing chains and erratic behaviour from some of the parties involved - I am so glad we used Rock Estates as they helped us navigate all the problems we faced Thank you

We spoke regularly to Mike Bidwell who was our main contact and he was very proactive in trying to move the purchase along. Mike also went out of his way to resolve an issue after we'd moved into the property, which we are very thankful for. Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending Exquisite Homes to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
