9th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I had a viewing arranged for today and after 10 minutes waiting at the property I decided to call the agency, I was told to give them a moment to call me back, after couple of minutes one of the agents told me the property was not available anymore and they just forgot to cancel the viewing or to mention it in advance. Very unprofessional.
24th Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)They took money to rent the house and didnd give You at the end of Your contract. When is free letting. Raj there guy has seem very very unfair did not repair or check tab leaking, wardrobs kitchen floors. He lives in near by.

12th Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)Moore and Partners were incredibly helpful in the the entire selling process with excellent advise and a great knowledge of properties in the area. Darren was always available to speak to and the photgraphs of the house were super. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

6th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Having dealt with many estate agents over the last 6 months in an attempt to find the right property, it was a pleasure to find an agent who not only cared, but kept us permanently informed of the progress at every step. Even when we struggled trying to download various bank statements etc., they took the trouble to come to our property and spent 2 1/2 hours downloading documents for us. We were in constant contact with Sam Jamani and Matthew at the Worcestet Park branch. We would definitely recommend them to any landlord looking for an agent to act for them.

30th Jun 2023 (3 years ago)Cromwells were professional throughout but were affected by a slowing market due to increased interest rates. This meant that they were unable to get the number of anticipated viewings and were unable to sell my house. I took the decision to move agents to try and speed up a sale but Cromwells did get some viewings and their communication was good.

The focus on the presentation helped get people in the door and I believe heled them see themselves in the flat. He was helpful through the offer process when I was keen to take the first one. I’m glad I didn’t.
