11th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)I arranged a viewing for the second of September and was asked to provide 3 months of bank statements and payslips, which I did straight away. The agent then asked me to pay a deposit, which I also paid. I was told I’d hear back once the landlord confirmed. Days passed with no updates. When I chased, the agent claimed he had emailed me, but no email ever arrived (even though I had received all his previous emails without issue). After further follow-ups, he admitted he may have sent it to the wrong person. Eventually, I was told there were “issues with the landlord” because the previous tenant hadn’t ended their contract and wanted to move back in. The only response offered was to refund my deposit no apology, no accountability, no alternative property. I got my money back, but the complete lack of professionalism and communication wasted 15 days of my time. Terry, if you are reading this, please understand how unacceptable this experience was. Future tenants deserve better than having their time and trust wasted.
24th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)They took money to rent the house and didnd give You at the end of Your contract. When is free letting. Raj there guy has seem very very unfair did not repair or check tab leaking, wardrobs kitchen floors. He lives in near by.

12th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)Moore and Partners were incredibly helpful in the the entire selling process with excellent advise and a great knowledge of properties in the area. Darren was always available to speak to and the photgraphs of the house were super. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

6th Jul 2026 (0 days ago)Having dealt with many estate agents over the last 6 months in an attempt to find the right property, it was a pleasure to find an agent who not only cared, but kept us permanently informed of the progress at every step. Even when we struggled trying to download various bank statements etc., they took the trouble to come to our property and spent 2 1/2 hours downloading documents for us. We were in constant contact with Sam Jamani and Matthew at the Worcestet Park branch. We would definitely recommend them to any landlord looking for an agent to act for them.
17th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)Quite friendly people(especially the CEO of Taylor Smith Estates), and concerned about the well-settling in of the potential/tenent, offering an `AFTER-SALES SERVICE` as much as necessary. I'm speaking here as a human being, who cannot see the intents of another human's heart. Only God Can See through human heart and Know it exactly.

30th Jun 2023 (3 years ago)Cromwells were professional throughout but were affected by a slowing market due to increased interest rates. This meant that they were unable to get the number of anticipated viewings and were unable to sell my house. I took the decision to move agents to try and speed up a sale but Cromwells did get some viewings and their communication was good.
