From our very first viewing through to completion, the entire team was professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive.<br><br>Buying a house can be stressful, but Cray & Norton made the whole process feel smooth and manageable. They were always available to answer questions, kept us updated every step of the way, and worked tirelessly to keep everything moving forward. Their communication was excellent, and we always felt that they genuinely cared about helping us secure the perfect home.<br><br>What really stood out was their personal approach. We never felt like just another transaction; they took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find the house we hope to stay in for many years to come.<br><br>We would highly recommend Cray & Norton to anyone looking to buy a property ????????

She has been dealing with a particularly problematic tenant and has kept me informed every step of the way, providing regular updates and maintaining excellent communication throughout.<br><br>More recently, I received a court summons from the council relating to charges that should have been paid by the tenant. Aggie immediately took ownership of the matter, liaising directly with the council and providing all the necessary documentation to resolve the issue. Thanks to her prompt action and diligence, we did not have to attend court.<br><br>She also contacted the energy company on my behalf and ensured that my details were removed from the account, as the tenant was responsible for the utility bills. This saved me a significant amount of time and stress.<br>Aggie is professional, proactive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile.<br><br>Her dedication and attention to detail have given me complete confidence that my property is being managed effectively. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and exceptional property manager.
29th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)We had Holly as part of our buying process. She is friendly and approachable and kept in contact regularly. The asking price was not realistic and I don't believe much support was provided to the sellers to help reach an agreement earlier. We were also constantly being chased for things that the sellers (KFH's client) had not completed/handled, causing additional stress and cost to us as buyers.
5th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Stayed at a short stay hosted by this company, they make you pay a £300 deposit outside of the booking app, the booking app states 7 days for this to be returned having chased this they said that their policy is 10 days, upon constant chasing 30+ days later this has still not been returned for various reasons, people on holiday, back logs etc etc, with numerous occasions of people not getting back to me, after an unsatisfactory conversation where I was told they could not give me a timescale and if I had a problem raise it with my bank. I have then left a negative review across popular review sites. They have manged to remove one of these. they have now said that they would not refund the owed deposit until I removed the review from this site, which I did as I need my money back. 5 days later still no refund so I am now posting again, really dissapointed. I have text evidence of this interaction. it is now the 5th August and no refund.
12th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)Recently let a property with Leaders - process was fast and pretty smooth. What I would say is how pro active Carol was in property management. Identifying issues, getting all prepared in good time, arranging contractors and dealing with exiting tenants. I guess Carol doesn't sleep as responses were fast and prompt at all times of the day. Excellent service

They always answered our calls and any questions we had and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Their patience and honest advice meant the world to us during the whole process and turned what could have been a very stressful time into a smooth experience. If you need an agent who truly listens and goes above and beyond, I cannot recommend Goodfellows @ Carshalton Beeches enough ! 30th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)We’ve been searching for a new place to rent for a while, and remained undecided on whether to commit to the places we had viewed previously. However Duncan has been a great help over the last two weeks. From the communication, always responding and keeping us updated on the property, to the efficiency on which he got us a viewing, sent the contracts to sign and handled all the logistics.<br><br>Would definitely contact both Duncan Hastings Estate if I ever need to move again, and I would highly recommend others to do the same
9th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)We have been long-term clients of Mann Countrywide and recently experienced an issue with a property repair, both in terms of the cost and the underlying cause of the problem.<br><br>Leon stepped in as the Senior Property Manager and took ownership of the matter. He arranged for a contractor with a strong reputation to attend, and the repair was completed within 24 hours.<br><br>The contractor also provided a clear and thorough report, which helped us understand the cause of the issue much better. We really appreciated Leon's prompt action, professionalism and commitment to resolving the matter.<br><br>We would have no hesitation in recommending the full property management service provided by the Countrywide Group.

She was incredibly kind, attentive, and patient throughout the process. She took the time to listen, understood exactly what I was looking for, and her professionalism and dedication made everything smooth and stress free.<br><br>Unfortunately, during the process I came across another property that was a better fit for my preference. Despite this, Georgia remained understanding, supportive, and maintained excellent communication throughout.<br><br>Thank you once again for all your help and effort. I sincerely appreciate everything you did, and I’m sorry it didn’t work out as planned this time. 10th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)I had an appalling experience with this company. I arranged a house viewing which required me to travel for 3hrs+ there and back. 10 minutes before the viewing I texted the agent (Ahmad Wain) to double check I was in the right place. He immediately viewed it but offered no response. He was then 5 minutes late at which point I called him and he didn’t answer. I then had to call the office at which I was told the viewing had been cancelled, which I obviously I hadn’t been informed about . This was 30 minutes after the viewing was supposed to have started. It was a complete waste of my time and was immensely inconsiderate.<br>The next day I reached out to the agent to say I was dismayed at the events but I was still interested in the property. He never responded.<br>Then 3 weeks later the company had the audacity to reach out again to see if I was still interested in renting.<br><br>I am appalled at this company’s behaviour, they clearly have very little consideration for their customers. Being a real estate agent is a painfully simple job and to be this incompetent is astounding. I would strongly advise against any students or young people using this company.

Her experience really showed, and she gave us plenty of useful information about the property and the process. A very friendly and professional service — we really appreciate her help!
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

18th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)Had a great experience buying a property through Let Property. Sales process started with a tough negotiation and completion was pretty smooth. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
