3rd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)The agent took 6 months to sell one of the two properties I had. I spent a lot of my time chasing him up for information and feedback. He had failed to advise about writing into the sales schedule, no guarantees. This cost my £3000 payment to the buyer for a new boiler. He sold the property at home report value, which I'd agreed completely unaware of the additional costs I'd be paying. The second property did not sell. I discharged this estate agent and went with a different estate agency. Within two weeks of them marketing the property, three viewings resulted in two second viewings and an offer accepted. When I wrote a review, to prevent anyone else experiencing such unnecessary stress and negative financial impact, he responded with it was my fault for insisting on doing the viewings. Oddly enough, as my son is a vulnerable adult, I continued with the viewings after changing estate agents and behold the property sold!

9th Feb 2026 (21 weeks ago)We instructed Michael Graham in early 2025 to sell our property in Towcester. The viewing and offer process was good with some advice on how best to present the property for prospective buyers. While our whole move was not straight forward, Jo kept us well informed at all stages, and was able to help us stay on course when we ran into issues. Over all - a good experience, and professional engagement. Thanks Jo, Richard and team for making our move happen for us!
2nd Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Fantastic service. I chose Sheldon Bosley Knight over the competition based on a gut feeling after meeting their excellent valuations expert and they did not disappoint. The end-to-end service from valuation through the sales team and on to purchase progress and completion were excellent. The staff were contactable, friendly, professional and went the extra mile for us. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. A happy customer.

Would highly recommend.- 11th Jun 2026 (25 days ago)AVOID CONNELLS AT ALL COSTS I am receiving passive aggressive emails from Connells 5 years after they made my house purchase 10x harder than it needed to be despite being told my information had been removed from their databases in line with GDPR regulations- clearly they cannot even manage that. As a first time buyer I was given a terrible deal as I unfortunately did not know any better- if you are a first time buyer, or really any buyer, AVOID CONNELLS. EDIT 17/3/26 - you’ve replied telling me to get in touch to make it look to people like you’re doing something about this but you have now not replied to my email. Again, Connells cannot manage the most basic of tasks - do not involve them in your purchase/sale/rental of your house. Edit 1/6/26 still no reply, avoid this company. 11/6/26 I have received another email reminding me to renew my mortgage, clearly GDPR means nothing to this company. I still have not received an email which I was promised in reply to this review.

They did for me what 2 other main stream estate agents failed in Leamington. I sell with many agents in many towns and what i experienced with this agent is the extra mile they go for you that not many agents will do. They see the sale through to the day of completion personally and liase continuously with both party solicitors to ensure productively at all times. I definitely would recommend this agent to anyone who is looking to sell in Leamington and surrounding areas, and i certainly have already recommended them to my friends and family. You will not be disappointed!

Matt was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, explaining every detail about the ins and outs of each area and property type and he even stayed past closing time on a Saturday afternoon to help us! The team are all friendly yet professional. Oliver has exceptional local knowledge of the area and is honest and realistic about pricing properties to sell. Ray was fantastic in keeping us up to date, he excels in communicating effectively and regularly. Margetts are a good example of the importance of using a local estate agent, it really makes a huge difference to the overall process. We have previously used Margetts as our letting agent and again they excelled in keeping us informed and streamlining any issues in a solution focused manner.
