Scott was professional, knowledgeable, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. He took the time to address all of our concerns and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. We really appreciated his clear communication and attention to detail. Would definitely recommend his services to anyone needing a party wall surveyor.

30th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)After nearly two years on the market, with a lot of viewings but no serious interest, we placed our property with Sheldon Bosley Knight and had a buyer within a matter of weeks. The property has now sold and completed and we could not be happier.
1st Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

29th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)We chose Mustard in Towcester to sell our house and while it was not an easy sale we could not have picked a better team – and dealing with a team of three we always knew to whom we were speaking. Ben’s experience, good judgement and pragmatism brought us through successfully and he was ably backed up by Maddie who worked hard chasing up any delays and in keeping us fully informed. Grace successfully showed people around our property – not a job we would have fancied doing – kept us informed and we quickly had potential buyers. We should also mention the photographs taken were of the highest quality.

She is very knowledgeable of Harbury and the local area and managed to sell it within the first week! She also managed the whole process exceptionally which included liaising with us, the solicitors and buyers at every stage and keeping everyone informed. An excellent, professional, caring service and would highly recommend, thank you Pina :-)

Paul Petticrew took the time to, publish professional photos and videos of our house and handled all viewings and provided regular feedback. Superb!!
16th Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)The first meeting I had was with Catherine to introduce Savills of Banbury to me and to value the property, then everything was pasted over to Francesca Moss. Francesca was so efficient and helpful and very uplifting. We laughed a great deal which made the whole experience of selling and buying no where near as stressful as it can be. I have moved and developed several houses, dealt with estate agents and never have I had this level of efficiency and fun as Francesca made this sale.
1st Aug 2026 (22 days ago)We had heard that selling a house is a stressful experience. However we found that it isn’t, if GianFranco at Hortons is acting for you! From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

This made the process much smoother and easier than house moves can be. Mandy shared our home buying experience alongside us from start to finish and Dale's excellent organisation and communication skills kept us informed in the later stages. We can very highly recommend using the dedicated and lovely team of staff at Harts.
