18th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)turned out to be a difficult sale due to the buyers solicitor being incompetent and unhelpful, the guys at your move were very helpful keeping up the pressure on the buyers to get the sale done and to resolve the problems that the buyers solicitors created, they were all ways there to talk to me and and keep things moving, i know that Dan the manager in the branch put a lot more effort into the sale than would normally be expected, So big thanks to Dan and his team. The only thing i would have some reservations about was their recommendation to use Homefast/PPL as my solicitors, they are cheap and work on a no sale no fee basis which is good and they are probably ok if your sale go's smoothly but i felt a bit left in the dark as they did not really keep me informed when problems and delays came up and it was not all ways easy to get in touch with them, there is very little direct contact with the solicitor appointed to your sale and the vast majority of thing are done through an online portal and not being a very competent computer user i did at times find it difficult. We got there in the end and Yourmove stuck with me and gave support all the way through so i would be happy to recommend them.

Their knowledge, dedication, and genuine care really stood out, and we always felt we were in safe hands.<br>Doug and Jen are a fantastic team, and their commitment to their clients is second to none. We genuinely couldn't have asked for a better experience and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for an estate agent. He was responsive, transparent, always on hand when needed and got our sale over the line. So yes I would highly recomend using Bigmove

I wanted the quickest turnaround possible as I saw a house I fell in love with and I wasn’t even on the market. Kevin followed up quickly and we were on within a matter of days, my flat sold within a week! His guidance throughout has been spot on from the pricing point, to the buyer, to the endless catch up calls, Kevin has been there. The photographers they use to market are wonderful as are the removals team they recommend - James removals. Kevin and Jackie have been at the end of the phone throughout the whole process, giving reassurance and kindness throughout making this experience that much more enjoyable. They really are the dream team and I haven’t stopped recommending them since. Thank you for being the best!

We have enjoyed a fantastic relationship with the two of them throughout the whole process. We were kept informed, at every stage, as to where we were & what should be happening next. They were also very proactive concerning both the buyers & our solicitors when & as required. It has been fantastic to find two highly motivated people where nothing seemed too much trouble. They took over the sale process of my property after being on market with another estate agent in Sidcup for some time. They were highly proactive with viewings and always very pleasant to deal with and courteous. Also strong at communication and keeping me updated and managing our sale through to eventual completion, despite a very long property chain and a few challenges with solicitors. Very happy with the service I received.
