Was very patient as at some times I was really stressed. The sale took months to go through, but finally today we completed. Thank you everyone at Park Estates. You're a great team.

6th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)I was very disappointed with this estate agency. The manager makes many promises but does nothing in reality. The listing was completely unprofessional, and instead of making proper improvements, they only suggested lowering the price. I cannot recommend their service.

She is one of the best agents I have worked with! Additionally she has put me in touch with the surveyors which were really helpful in our buying process.

Will is very confident and competent, even in challenging market conditions. Acorn are not difficult to get a hold of via phone, and the back office team are efficient too. Highly recommend.

They were tenacious in getting it over the line, accommodating, professional, helpful, kind, and understanding. Buying a house can be very stressful, but they team at Fox Estates really helped to make the process easier and smoother. Very highly recommended.

1st Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with CKB. After seven months, the entire sale fell through.<br><br>While I appreciate that some aspects of the process were beyond the agency’s control, we were not given accurate information about the length and complexity of the chain. This proved to be a critical factor in the collapse of the sale.<br><br>Had we been told the full picture from the outset, we could have planned accordingly and adjusted our expectations and timelines. Instead, we were repeatedly reassured that exchange and completion would take place within agreed deadlines. Relying on those assurances, we made important arrangements that ultimately left us at risk of being without a home.<br><br>In the end, we lost seven months, spent thousands of pounds on legal fees, surveys and other costs, and had nothing to show for it. The lack of transparency and inaccurate communication throughout the process made an already stressful experience far more difficult than it needed to be.- 29th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)Hi Northumberland is the best branch ever I have experienced it because I was looking for 3 bed house but I was struggle to find affordable then I have visit Northumberland branch and inside I visit vicky who show me house and I visit she helped me step by step vicky is the person who helped me to get my house with my kids so I recommend 100 percent that vicky will not disappoint you she will help you with anything that you struggle she is the person who will provide you your dream house thanks a lot a lot to vicky and Northumberland branch!!!!

He has literally bent over backwards helping my old aunt and uncles sale go through as smoothly as possible. Paul has always been at the end of the phone,kept us all updated through every step of the way and even taken time to go and help my elderly uncle fill out forms as we were so far away at the time. He even messaged me tonight(the day of the move) to see how they both were,I cannot thank him enough for everything. We would 100% recommend them-absolutely outstanding!!!!??

Friendly, professional, reliable, and always on top of everything, they made what could have been a stressful experience much smoother.<br>Communication was outstanding from start to finish – they were incredibly responsive, kept us updated at every stage, and were always happy to answer questions. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and they consistently went above and beyond to help move things forward.<br><br>Kevin is a real credit to the industry and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.
