So much better than the estate agent I was selling with, which was one of the big London agents and really didn't care. You could tell that Mark's clients matter to him. We have enjoyed a fantastic relationship with the two of them throughout the whole process. We were kept informed, at every stage, as to where we were & what should be happening next. They were also very proactive concerning both the buyers & our solicitors when & as required. It has been fantastic to find two highly motivated people where nothing seemed too much trouble. He has literally bent over backwards helping my old aunt and uncles sale go through as smoothly as possible. Paul has always been at the end of the phone,kept us all updated through every step of the way and even taken time to go and help my elderly uncle fill out forms as we were so far away at the time. He even messaged me tonight(the day of the move) to see how they both were,I cannot thank him enough for everything. We would 100% recommend them-absolutely outstanding!!!!??
