9th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)Unprofessional. No communication from them. When we viewed the property it was clean and on move-in day place was left dirty, holes and marks on walls and left over goods. Whole process was terrible.

5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Recently bought a house through David Evans & Co and dealt mainly with Mark. He was brilliant from start to end! Such great communication and a pleasure to deal with. So much better than the estate agent I was selling with, which was one of the big London agents and really didn't care. You could tell that Mark's clients matter to him. If I sell this house in future, I will 100% be using David Evans & Co to sell it.- 5th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)My experience with the agency has been generally positive. Demetri progressed the purchase all of the way through; taking just 3 months to complete. He kept us well informed and really kept on top of the communication between solicitors and other estate agents making the whole process quite stress free. Would highly recommend.

Liam was always on the phone trying to resolve the difficulties and was instrumental in progressing my sale to completion. Poor Liam has been through all the highs and lows with me. There are not enough words to express my gratitude to him! The service I received was outstanding for a very competitive rate.
