Communication was excellent throughout the whole process and they kept me updated every step of the way, which made what can often be a stressful time much easier. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble and the team were always happy to answer questions or help when needed. Every member of staff I dealt with was friendly, professional and genuinely lovely. I would definitely recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. A great team who made the whole process feel straightforward and I felt supported from start to finish!
17th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)Following the death of my brother, I appointed JWWood to sell his property. Notwithstanding a perceived problem, the agent obtained numerous offers around the asking price and although one offer fell through after lengthy procrastination by the proposed buyer Clare Richardson and her team rapidly obtained another offer at a higher price. Thereafter Clare became my point of contact and after several months during which numerous issues needed to be resolved, the sale has now been completed. Many thanks goes to Clare for the professional manner in which she has handled a multitude of issues from the time the property was listed for sale to completion.

Lots of support during the preparation for marketing, leveraging their trade contacts to get things done quickly. Clear advice of options during the price and subsequent negotiations. Staff always friendly, very prompt responses to queries, good handover between staff so that people always knew what they were talking about. A really great experience.
12th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)They don’t do repairs on houses took 3 months last year to repair a hole in the roof and now they are avoiding more repairs damp in the house and they do nothing!

Any issues that cropped up were dealt with quickly and professionally and they made the experience of having my first home so easy and enjoyable :)
25th Sep 2025 (25 weeks ago)Having a house with langdales estate and letting has been a nightmare of my life not only did they promise me things that never went through they made me pay for rat infestation problems never sent no one out for fixtures and when they did it was bodge jobs everywhere absolutely disgusting. Ceiling was falling through lucky it never while I was there after I reported it constantly which I have proof for. Had to watch my home turn worse beach’s I refused to have to do everything with estate agents who were ignorant untill paying rent

Charlotte was very chatty, friendly and professional and was accurate with her valuation and we had an offer very quickly. The What’s App kept us informed of the process and we were very impressed with Louise in sales progression. She kept in touch regularly and was so supportive and proactive. We were impressed all round with Brunton and would definitely recommend.
