17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)We have just completed successfully on a second sale with Martin Maslin as our agents after a long drawn out ‘active’ sale. All staff, without exception, are helpful, committed and professional.<br>We changed to Martin Maslin during a previous sale, when they rescued us from a stressful situation with another local agent and aided the transfer with care, compassion and professionalism.<br>In my view, they are the best and I won’t be using anyone else.<br>Thank you to everyone at MM!

Lexi has always been at the end of the phone listening to my worries and reassuring me during more stressful times. Lee, you have been an absolute blessing in ensuring regular contact was maintained throughout some uncontrollable road blocks and I can’t thank you enough. Highly recommend the DDM team!

25th Feb 2026 (26 weeks ago)i put a offer in to ideal properties for cash buyer and the estate agent was extremely rude . said things like don't waste your time viewing if your not going to give 105 000 . he didn't put the offer through properly and was to be honest not professional at all . terrible experience and was demeaning man . terrible tone of voice and non negotiable words . this has made me reluctant to deal with your company in the future and i am a investor. thank you- 30th Jul 2026 (24 days ago)Well bought our house through Lovelle’s Elaine was our main contact along with Jasmine when Elaine was on leave. They were both extremely helpful with Elaine going the extra mile on chasing down on our house sale. I said it to her a few times that I wished she was selling our house as she seemed much move proactive than our estate agent. Thanks Elaine and Jasmine

31st Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Living in Bridlington and having to sell my parents property in Louth I was unsure of which estate agent to use , however , I just recalled that a board with "John Taylor " on had been outside my grandparents property way back so I decided on that. What a great decision that was, John Taylor have been exceptional from day one to completion, always at the end of the phone with help and advice, great communications as to when viewings would be ( the property was empty and the keys left with John Taylor, and a great understanding that this was not just a house sale to me but the sale of my family home for the last 69 years, the house I grew up in and called home for all those years. I cannot fault them in any way , the only word I can use is "exceptional" Special thanks to Anne who was outstanding , she is a star. kindest regards to all at John Taylor and many many thanks . She facilitated communication between sellers and buyers really effectively and even chased up details that solicitors were slower to organise! On the whole, she made a potentially stressful experience feel easy!

House sold in 1 day so goes to show professional isnt always necessary. Donna checked in weekly with me via email or call to ensure everything was moving along swiftly and was very good at keeping me updated.

He also worked tirelessly to pull information together for our solicitors, and made sure solicitors on both sides worked towards the sale. He also communicated with me regularly, which was appreciated.
