14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)This agency deserves a -5.<br>I experienced being selectively ignored regarding serious issues with the property I rent. Communication from my experienced haven’t been very good either. Emails get ignored and no one really chases up on issues you bring up the “work” done tends to be botched jobs that fall below standards and tenants are just expected to put up and shut up. can’t give no answer on speaking with the landlords to rectify issues unless you have to become persistent chasing them for answers and even then it runs the risk of being ignored. When I reported an ongoing issue for over 3 years I have experienced being told I was running the risk of the landlords selling up. Which was couple months ago. but if things do happen it tends to be botch jobs and masking over issues rather than fixing them. I have sat and read the reviews and Every single “negative” review is also something i have experienced too, my experiences with this agency hasn’t been the greatest unfortunately. If you do speak up be prepared to receive a threatening emails regarding legal action.

We called up and spoke with Gennie who was very helpful and recommended James Goodman as we needed a surveyor for a split title deeds survey.<br><br>James came out to meet us, he was punctual, smartly dressed and very professional. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgable, offering lots of advice and ideas in how best to move forward for us in a unique situation.<br><br>James put us at ease making the whole process from start to finish an easy, smooth transition and all done in great time!<br><br>Highly recommend James and this company for anyone needing land surveying services.<br><br>Regards<br>Sam Turner

11th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)I hadn't experienced the buying and selling market for a number of years, so to enter with an established firm I knew and trusted was essential. From the initial consultation to trying to sell, they were always responsive and helpful. As the chain (although short) started to become slow and non-responsive, they still tried to do all they could. I would particularly like to single out Terri for her attention to detail and empathy when dealing with the sale of my departed parents property. She really worked over and above to make it happen. Thank you.

24th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)Poor performance under sold my house wanted to drop the price by £25k went to another agent sold it within a week at the original price disgusting service should be ashamed, the property was completed and although I drop the price I didn’t drop the price that you said it was worth to my ex wife’s solicitor didn’t have the decency to send the same letter to me this is why you were sacked as it became clear you were not working in my best interest

From start to finish, he went above and beyond to help us through the process. He was always available when we needed him, kept us informed, and reassured us during some particularly stressful moments.<br><br>We genuinely cannot thank Ellis enough for everything he did, along with the rest of the team at Hunters. From start to finish, they were exceptional and made what could have been a very difficult experience so much easier.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ellis and the team at Hunters to anyone looking to sell their home. From the offset they have been helpful with photography and getting the right shots of the property, thank you Charlotte, Evie has been a delight to work with always keeping me up to speed with viewings and feedback, Amber has been most professional and has had a Teams meeting with us to discuss progress.
