The whole team have been absolutely amazing from start to finish, keeping me updated every step of the way and making what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier.<br>A special shoutout has to go to Michele and Jane! These ladies have genuinely gone above and beyond. They were constantly keeping me updated, calling to let me know what was happening, explaining how we could keep things moving forward, chasing my conveyancers, speaking with the sellers and dealing with everything they possibly could to make the process as smooth as possible for me.<br>Every email was answered so quickly, always politely and professionally, and I never once felt like I was left wondering what was going on. Their communication, support and dedication have been absolutely fantastic.<br>I genuinely couldn’t have wished for a better team to help me through such an important milestone. 11th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)This lettings agent in wednesbury are not helpful in anyway, i couldn't get a viewing booked online, still went ahead to their office in wednesbury to see if i could talk to someone, the lady i met was utterly disrespectful and dismissive. kept reminding me that she was on sales team and have nothing to do with lettings and wouldn't even give a listening ear. my overall experience with them was unpleasant.

However, communication of our sale performance during the marketing period could have been better. We had to call them on occasions to get an update of any interest, a simple call to us every few weeks would have been useful. Otherwise a fantastic service from Taylor’sConnells - Birmingham City

5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)I had quite a good experience with Amber from Connells. She is very personable and she works diligently to solve issues. Unfortunately I didn’t get all the keys required to move into my new property. At first they said they would get me the fob for my completion date, then they said they didn’t have it. In addition to the aforementioned, connells advertised the property had a safety document they didn’t possess. I can’t say they’ve been perfect but they’ve tried to rectify issues to the best of their ability.

8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)After speaking with five different estate agents, I knew that Ellis at Hunters was the right person to help us sell our house.<br><br>Selling a home that was so precious to us was always going to be an emotional and stressful process, so having someone who was approachable, responsive, trustworthy and genuinely cared about getting the right buyers was incredibly important to us.<br><br>Ellis 100% proved his worth and then some. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to help us through the process. He was always available when we needed him, kept us informed, and reassured us during some particularly stressful moments.<br><br>We genuinely cannot thank Ellis enough for everything he did, along with the rest of the team at Hunters. From start to finish, they were exceptional and made what could have been a very difficult experience so much easier.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ellis and the team at Hunters to anyone looking to sell their home. In fact, we’ve already recommended a family member to go with Hunters!

She was always informative, explained everything clearly, kept me updated every step of the way, and was always available whenever I had questions. Her communication and support throughout the process were excellent, and she genuinely went above and beyond to help. Thank you, Ajwa, for making what could have been a long and confusing process feel so straightforward.

How wrong was I? Offer and sale subject to contract all communicated the same weekend . Fabulous service ??????

I mainly deal with Sarah and no words can describe how amazing this lady is. All staff are brilliant and very friendly. I wouldn't go with any other agents anymore.<br>To all the team. 16th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)I cannot recommend Oliver Jones at Slade Property Collective in Wolverhampton highly enough. Although I was the mother of the purchaser rather than the buyer myself, I saw first-hand just how helpful, professional and proactive Oli was throughout the whole process.<br><br>Oli went above and beyond from the very beginning. He was available whenever we needed him, always returned calls when requested, and was incredibly proactive in pushing things through to keep everything moving.<br><br>What really stood out was how he sent pictures of the property to my daughter before it had even been listed, giving her the opportunity to see it straight away. He then made sure she was the very first person through the door to view it, which ultimately gave her the chance to secure the property she loved in Tettenhall.<br><br>Oli made what can often be a stressful process feel much easier and was always approachable, responsive and genuinely keen to help. His communication and commitment were exceptional.<br><br>A well-deserved 5 stars for Oli and Slade Property Collective. Thank you for going the extra mile and helping my daughter find her new home!
