From my initial viewing with Teri, who then kept me informed advising me I had got the property. To Abbie emailing me the tenancy paperwork and final James completing the handover of the keys. 24th Apr 2024 (1 year ago)Poor performance under sold my house wanted to drop the price by £25k went to another agent sold it within a week at the original price disgusting service should be ashamed, the property was completed and although I drop the price I didn’t drop the price that you said it was worth to my ex wife’s solicitor didn’t have the decency to send the same letter to me this is why you were sacked as it became clear you were not working in my best interest

Both Ellie & Elton were so helpful running us through all new regulations and owner responsibilities! They have so many trades on hand to help which was useful as the house needed quite a bit of work and it didn't cost a fortune. For now we are very happy to leave the management of our house in the hands of Ellie & Elton and I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to rent out a property. Thank you for all your help along the way, it ended up being a lengthy process but we got there in the end!! Side note it was a lengthy process due to previous property issues ????????????

Luca clearly knows the local market inside out and his approach felt very different to the bigger agencies we met with. No hard sell, just honest advice and a clear plan. Within the first week we had multiple viewings and an offer we were really happy with. What impressed us most was the level of communication. Luca & Mike personally updated us after every viewing and guided us through the whole process right up to completion. We’ve sold previously and found the whole process quite stressful, but this time round was nothing at all like that. Would absolutely recommend.
