14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)This agency deserves a -5.<br>I experienced being selectively ignored regarding serious issues with the property I rent. Communication from my experienced haven’t been very good either. Emails get ignored and no one really chases up on issues you bring up the “work” done tends to be botched jobs that fall below standards and tenants are just expected to put up and shut up. can’t give no answer on speaking with the landlords to rectify issues unless you have to become persistent chasing them for answers and even then it runs the risk of being ignored. When I reported an ongoing issue for over 3 years I have experienced being told I was running the risk of the landlords selling up. Which was couple months ago. but if things do happen it tends to be botch jobs and masking over issues rather than fixing them. I have sat and read the reviews and Every single “negative” review is also something i have experienced too, my experiences with this agency hasn’t been the greatest unfortunately. If you do speak up be prepared to receive a threatening emails regarding legal action.

8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)After speaking with five different estate agents, I knew that Ellis at Hunters was the right person to help us sell our house.<br><br>Selling a home that was so precious to us was always going to be an emotional and stressful process, so having someone who was approachable, responsive, trustworthy and genuinely cared about getting the right buyers was incredibly important to us.<br><br>Ellis 100% proved his worth and then some. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to help us through the process. He was always available when we needed him, kept us informed, and reassured us during some particularly stressful moments.<br><br>We genuinely cannot thank Ellis enough for everything he did, along with the rest of the team at Hunters. From start to finish, they were exceptional and made what could have been a very difficult experience so much easier.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ellis and the team at Hunters to anyone looking to sell their home. In fact, we’ve already recommended a family member to go with Hunters!

2nd Aug 2026 (21 days ago)Sarah was a pleasure to work with from start to finish, after her extra diligence she gave us a valuation much higher than the other estate agents had quoted and we sold on day one of been on the market. I took her advice all the way through the process and she even recommended a good solicitor too. Highly recommend sarah and her team she was very confident and personable though out. Easily 5 stars

I mainly deal with Sarah and no words can describe how amazing this lady is. All staff are brilliant and very friendly. I wouldn't go with any other agents anymore.<br>To all the team. 24th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience with this company.<br><br>I viewed a property that I genuinely liked and told them on the same day that I wanted to move forward. Throughout the process, Sachin gave the impression that the property was effectively available and that my deposit would be accepted.<br><br>After that, I heard absolutely nothing. There was no update, no courtesy call, and not even a message to say the property had been agreed with someone else. I was simply left waiting.<br><br>The lack of communication and professionalism was extremely frustrating. If circumstances change, that’s understandable, but keeping potential tenants informed is the bare minimum.<br><br>Based on my experience, this company has a lot to improve when it comes to customer service and communication.

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

16th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)I cannot recommend Oliver Jones at Slade Property Collective in Wolverhampton highly enough. Although I was the mother of the purchaser rather than the buyer myself, I saw first-hand just how helpful, professional and proactive Oli was throughout the whole process.<br><br>Oli went above and beyond from the very beginning. He was available whenever we needed him, always returned calls when requested, and was incredibly proactive in pushing things through to keep everything moving.<br><br>What really stood out was how he sent pictures of the property to my daughter before it had even been listed, giving her the opportunity to see it straight away. He then made sure she was the very first person through the door to view it, which ultimately gave her the chance to secure the property she loved in Tettenhall.<br><br>Oli made what can often be a stressful process feel much easier and was always approachable, responsive and genuinely keen to help. His communication and commitment were exceptional.<br><br>A well-deserved 5 stars for Oli and Slade Property Collective. Thank you for going the extra mile and helping my daughter find her new home!
