They made what is usually a stressful and painful process of finding a new home to rent feel incredibly easy and straightforward. Thanks to their help, I was able to find my new home, and I’m so grateful for the support throughout the process.<br><br>A special mention to Cameron Muncie, who has been an absolute champ! He was incredibly responsive, helpful, and professional from start to finish. Whenever I had a question or needed help, Cameron was always quick to respond and made sure everything was clear and taken care of.<br><br>It’s rare to come across someone who makes such a difference in what can otherwise be a very frustrating process. She was extremely efficient throughout the process and consistently proactive in chasing the sellers, the sellers’ solicitors, and our own solicitors to keep everything moving. Her communication was clear, timely, and reassuring during what can be a stressful time. Thanks to her dedication and professionalism, the whole process felt far smoother than expected. I would happily recommend Cauvery to anyone looking for a reliable and genuinely committed estate agent.

I would especially like to appreciate Mahbub, who is a very reliable and helpful person. Whenever I need assistance or face any problem, he is always ready to help. His communication and customer service are excellent. I truly appreciate Salik & Co for providing such great service and support. A special thank you to Salik Bhai and Mahbub for all their help and dedication. Highly recommended!
16th Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)I moved into my flat in June and had a great experience with the sales agent, Kevin. I wasn't made aware at the time of move in though that the landlord doesn't actually use Chase Evans for repairs. I flagged that my shower head holder was broken and a safety hazard during my inspection on June 1st. It is now September 16th and I still have not been able to get someone to come repair it and the shower head has hit me on the head, leaving a bruise multiple times. The property manager, Andrew Karayiannis, and his manager Bethany are claiming they're doing all they can do but they rarely return my calls or follow through on what they say they're going to do and they're unable to get an appointment set. I have tried going through the landlord's person directly but he is unresponsive as well. This is by far the worst property management experience I've had in the UK and in the US. At the very least, make sure you understand if Chase Evans actually manages the property or just avoid altogether.
10th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)Fantastic letting agency, specialising in very special homes along the river - really great service from beginning to end with Leanna, going above and beyond over the Christmas break (despite the agency being closed!) to help us get through the referencing process and get moved in within a couple of weeks. Thank you so much, highly recommended (and I’ve met with a lot of lettings agents and had some very mixed experiences so that doesn’t come lightly!).

8th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)My experience of Guru’s sales team is good. However, the property management team is very rude and would not help the tenants solve the problems after you rent the property. They only asked the tenants for money.
1st Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)I have had a very disappointing experience with this agency. When I moved into the property, it was already in poor and dirty condition, and I have videos showing this at check-in. A few months later, a cockroach infestation started. I immediately reported the issue to both the landlord and the agency, sending photos, videos and emails. However, they only arranged an inspection after one month, just to look at the situation. Even after that visit, no proper action was taken, and I was forced to live in those conditions for two more months. Before leaving the property, I thoroughly cleaned the flat and left it in a much better condition than when I moved in. I have submitted dated photos and videos showing the condition at check-out to DPS as part of a formal deposit dispute. Despite providing clear evidence of the property’s condition at both check-in and check-out, the landlord still requested a £200 deduction from my deposit for cleaning, and the agency did not intervene or support me in any way. This experience has been stressful, unprofessional and unacceptable. I have now raised a formal dispute with DPS and submitted all my evidence. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this agency.

1st Aug 2026 (23 days ago)We had heard that selling a house is a stressful experience. However we found that it isn’t, if GianFranco at Hortons is acting for you! From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

Compared to some of my previous experiences with bigger names in the market, the team are Alter and Cope really stood out. They were highly responsive, professional and proactive whenever we sought their help. All maintenance requests were handled efficiently, and we always felt well supported as tenants. Thank you Alter and Cope for making our rental experience so smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to hire similar service.
