23rd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)All those I dealt with at Robinson Jackson, Northumberland Heath were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. They kept me informed of all viewings and feedback thereafter. I definitely felt I was in good , expert hands throughout this process.

14th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Not the best experience was fine until the house was sold. Sales staff are very friendly and so was the valuation expert. But don’t ask any questions about how your sale is progressing as you will be told to keep quite and don’t get stressed. Simple questions that required simple answers that’s all I wanted a yes or no not the novel I got. So much so I am now at the point of removing my home from the market all thanks to staff attitude. Bottom line have had to chase for offers to be put in writing, even then we did not receive all of them and had to chase for feedback from viewings. Personally I would be reluctant to use this Estae agent and would not do so again. My advice go multi agent or if you go with these just be prepared to be quite don’t ask questions for updates of progress and you will be fine. Yes the house is sold however as the vendor who holds the pen to sign the contract or now as the case maybe not and is paying a considerable sum of money for the sale of my home I found the communication totally unacceptable.

3rd Aug 2021 (5 years ago)When I phoned, no response, simply the sound of someone cooking, and I waited about a minute. You wouldn't believe it, still no response. Bunch of timewasters.
4th Aug 2026 (21 days ago)This Agent has managed my property superbly. From the initial setting up. Finding & Managing the whole process has been fantastic. They have made my life so much less stressful. Always on hand to deal with issues & extremely knowledgeable with advice. I would never go anywhere else. They are the only agent for me.
9th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)Terrible communication and zero response for 2 months I have been asking the lettings team for two months regarding a broken door closer at my property, and I have been completely ignored. Agents have a legal responsibility to maintain property fixtures, but this agency completely ghosts tenants once they've moved in. If you are looking for a reliable managing agent that actually responds to repair requests, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. Extremely disappointing customer service.

19th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)Poor service, very disappointed. They got our address and rents wrong in the tenancy agreement, luckily we spotted this but this is so unprofessional! Everytime we have questions, they have never replied on time, and even when they did they were in a very reluctant manner. This become worse after signing the agreement. We had to chase them 5 days just to know when the inventory check is done. it was so frustrated. 0 services, 0 care, 0 manner.

They dropped prices over a few weekends and gave the impression there was a problem but, the fact we sold it privately within days of making it available elsewhere only goes to show their lack of scruples.
