Despite the market moving at the speed of light, Natasha was a brilliant help for us and managed to get us in to see places which fit our preferences, resulting in a secured agreement just 48 hours after we were in touch. She is great!

James and Pervin were both fantastic communicators throughout the process of selling my N1 leasehold flat in 2026 – they were knowledgeable, efficient and effective, and it was genuinely a pleasure to liaise with them.<br>Having shopped around for estate agents and found the ‘on paper’ offerings pretty similar, it was their smaller, long-standing sales team that swung my decision – and that really worked for me, as I always knew who I would be picking up the phone to, and I had continuity and expertise on hand throughout the process.<br>Many thanks to both James and Pervin for their help!
12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)I booked a short-term let through this agency and paid a sizeable upfront fee to arrange a furnished property with an internet connection, bed linen and towels.<br><br>When I moved in, the apartment was only partially furnished, there was no bedding or towels, and the Wi-Fi connection had not been set up. There were also several maintenance issues, including a completely blocked sink.<br><br>It took over a week, along with extensive back-and-forth communication with multiple members of the team, to get everything resolved. The whole experience was poor with the agency from start to finish and particularly disappointing given the fee I had paid for the service. They did eventually return the fee after multiple complaints.<br><br>I would not recommend this agency.

Contacted them 2 weeks ago about a property, Jack Wackett got my details and told me that they were waiting to hear from the current tenants to arrange viewings and that they would let me know. Kept trying to contact them for a week with noboy answering my emails or my calls. Finally got through today and was informed that viewings took place and an offer was put forward. This guy are showing how they don't care about their tenants even before they sign their contract.

The few maintenance needs once we were moved in were handled very efficiently by the property management team. Harry is our contact and has been super - highly recommend using Paramount over the likes of Foxtons and Marsh.

We were new to the UK and were having great difficulty getting anyone at agencies across the city to speak with us. Ben accepted us as walk-ins and allowed us to see several units. Ben was very communicative and worked hard to get our offers in front of prospective landlords.<br><br>Ben left such a great impression on us and were thankful for the hard work he put forth on our behalf.

10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)I had an appalling experience with this company. I arranged a house viewing which required me to travel for 3hrs+ there and back. 10 minutes before the viewing I texted the agent (Ahmad Wain) to double check I was in the right place. He immediately viewed it but offered no response. He was then 5 minutes late at which point I called him and he didn’t answer. I then had to call the office at which I was told the viewing had been cancelled, which I obviously I hadn’t been informed about . This was 30 minutes after the viewing was supposed to have started. It was a complete waste of my time and was immensely inconsiderate.<br>The next day I reached out to the agent to say I was dismayed at the events but I was still interested in the property. He never responded.<br>Then 3 weeks later the company had the audacity to reach out again to see if I was still interested in renting.<br><br>I am appalled at this company’s behaviour, they clearly have very little consideration for their customers. Being a real estate agent is a painfully simple job and to be this incompetent is astounding. I would strongly advise against any students or young people using this company.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Kit is incredibly responsive, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is progressing well, and all parties are happy. I would absolutely recommend Kit and the team to anyone needing estate agents.
14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)The minute I met Dillen at David Astburys I knew we would be able to work together well. He was so positive, enthusiastic, genuine and provided some excellent strategies. The strategy worked - my lovely garden flat in Kentish Town sold in four days with a bidding war. The entire process was Incredibly smooth and Dillen‘s team were so responsive, professional and helpful. I’d like to thank Titilayo, George and Josh for putting up with all my questions and holding my hand throughout the process. They were all fantastic! I honestly, couldn’t David Astburys enough. Top team top service top sale ????????????
