10th Jun 2026 (25 days ago)I have been with foxtons being tenant for almost 3 years now! First 2 years was with a very good landlord and agency was supportive as well. Had to change the house and now the new landlord isn’t good at all. Agency doesn’t help. When it rains, water comes in to the property from the roof. The property is managed my landlord, I understand. But I handed over the notice to move out in 2 months. Foxtons were super unhelpful with that. Very bad review on Sadia Kashem as she lied a lot regarding this property. Never thought that Foxtons Canary Wharf will be advertising this type of property.

23rd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Extremely disappointed with the service from this agency. I arranged a same-day viewing with Yovin. I arrived on time and parked directly behind his vehicle. The viewing took no more than 5 minutes, but when I stepped outside, a parking attendant was issuing me a ticket. Shockingly, the attendant was speaking with Yovin and did not fine him, despite Yovin not displaying a permit either. Instead of looking out for a client or speaking up, Yovin just stepped in his car without bothering, showing a complete lack of basic professionalism or care. The double standard and indifferent attitude from the agent were incredibly unprofessional. Looked almost like collusion. I will certainly not be dealing with this agency again. Edit in response to the below: Your response response shows the callous attitude of the Estate Agency not just the specific agent. I understand the parking ticket is outside the remit of the EA, what I'm surprised about was the estate agents response. The EA was there when I got the ticket he was just parked ahead of my car, he spoke to the parking attendant as though he knows him and didn't get a ticket not moved his car, so tour response below, holds no value.

22nd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)Just moved into a lovely flat in Limehouse area and it is all thanks to Mesba from Butler and Stag.<br><br>From the beginning he was enthusiastic about helping us find a place and was always quick to respond with any query or worry we may have had. Professionalism was a 10/10.<br><br>If you’re looking for a reliable team to help you on your housing journey then I would definitely recommend this agency! I will certainly be returning to them if I ever need something else!
4th Feb 2026 (22 weeks ago)I would never recommend someone to work with Johns and Co! I have had a tenant and without fail since the tenant has moved in the rent has never been paid on time. When they found this tenant they called me and pressured me everyday to say this would be a good tenant and how he was a student abroad and the country the student was from a country where they paid for their accommodation. There is not one month I have received this rent on time! I can’t stress enough do not use Johns and Co at no circumstance if you don’t want to be ripped off and stressed out!

James, Dean, and George were all fantastic from start to finish. They kept us updated every step of the way, kept the process moving smoothly, and handled the viewings with great care and professionalism.<br><br>Their communication was excellent – really responsive, always happy to answer any questions we had, and they continued to keep us informed right through from sale to completion, which made the process a lot less stressful.<br><br>We wouldn't hesitate to recommend David Daniels to anyone looking to sell their home. 9th Jun 2026 (26 days ago)5 starts purely for Kyra Naomi, we ended up enduring a 9month sale that was not straight forward and Kyra was attentive the entire time. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.

Throughout the whole process he has been the voice of calm and reason, negotiating and liaising with both sides to keep the momentum going. Viewings were arranged in an efficient manner, causing minimal disruption to our young family, and there was a constant endeavour to go above and beyond. Particular shoutout to Dean and Harvey. Would wholeheartedly recommend Tom Ashwood to anyone seeking to sell their property!
