But Petty Son kept me going all through the process and held everything together for me so I could still purchase the property I was first interested in. When it came to completion they were exceptionally kind and caring due to the challenging situation which was not any fault of theirs whatsoever. I really appreciate their help and consideration all the way through. Thank you so much to each of you individually and collectively. Highly recommended.

Any answers she didn't know she said she will put it all in an email. She found all the properties that most matched our requirements and always communicated well by telephone and email. I would recommend this estate agent at Kings Chingford.

Everyone did a wonderful job of getting my flat marketed and sold and I thank them all from the bottom of my heart!<br>Special thanks to Darren who put up with me through the sanity and especially, through MY insane times. Selling a property isn’t fun nor easy but Darren stuck by me through it all and to the end! He stayed in touch and made me feel like I was his only client! John's initial consulation and valuation of my property was conducted with honesty openess and enthusiasum, with exception local and market knowledge.<br><br>Once we took the decision to list the property, Coultons moved quickly to get excellent pictures and create a fantastic listing. The bookings for viewings were delp with professionaly and flexibly, and we enjoyed a sale of the property to a excellent prospective buyer represented by Euan who always represented the interests and requirements of both sides of the transaction.<br><br>Throughout the conveyancing process, John and the team were very proactive and responsive to ensure the process kept moving ahead. If we required advice, John and Euan were quick to respond with honest feedback and excellet knowledge.<br><br>Upon exchange - Coultons were quick to present their readyness to all sides of the chain ensuring that exchnage took place smoothly.<br><br>I would highly reccomend John, Euan and the Coultons team to anyone looking at buying or selling a property in thier services areas.

This is absolutely illegal.<br>We have already reported this to Walthamstow Council Tenancy Relations and 101. Hassan called us at 20:20 and threatened with fist fight.<br>I expect to receive an reply from your business profile on how you apologise for the inconvenience and how can you will investigate. However you are the owner of the company who locked us outside of the property and as you cannot investigate this case I will reach the the required teams for this. We did mention we had leak from the boiler and no one came to look at this.<br>We will now report this to gassafe as well.

Unlike other estate agencies who I engaged with, Highcastle estates did their best to make you feel valued and supported during the process. Moreover, so far on the management side of the tenancy they have resolved any issues promptly and effectively. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Robin (director) in particular took time to talk to us, understand our position, not only helped with the sale of our property but also really supported with our onward move, working closely with their estate agents to negotiate pricing. Highly recommend as a company.
2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)We userd a few estate agents over the past 2 years to find our forever home and have to say Daniel Frank have been far the best from the first point of call to book a viewing it was easy, efficient and very quick.<br><br>Meeting Frankie straight away we truestd him and his straight talking no bull honest, professional manner and advice.<br><br>After placing the offer and being excepted the process was made easy by Frankies constant communication.<br>This was so reassuring for us as we'd had previous let downs and bad experience.<br><br>We as a family would like to thank him and his team for making this happen for us and should we decide to move again will definitely go straight to Daniel Frank Estates.

Stewart has such knowledge and expertise of the housing market and is so friendly, professional and approachable. Despite the difficult market/climate, Stewart did his upmost to get a good sale for us and we are so grateful that Estate Agents like him exist. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Martine , Leah and Ellie handled every problem with ease in very exceptional circumstances and made sure I was informed at every stage.<br>They were there for every phone call or message. Very professional and I felt they spoke to me like I was a person not just a client.<br>Martine went above and beyond to help me in every aspect even after completion.<br>Best ever service I have ever received.
