He was quick to arrange viewings, helped coordinate access for surveys and inspections, and ensured that communication between all parties remained smooth throughout the transaction. When my offer was accepted, he moved swiftly to issue the relevant paperwork and kept the process progressing at every stage.<br><br>What impressed me most was Omar's availability and willingness to help whenever needed. Property transactions can be complex and stressful, but he remained approachable, efficient and solutions-focused throughout. 10th Jun 2026 (11 weeks ago)Our experience with HomeLink has been extremely negative.<br><br>We returned the keys on 14 May 2026 and recorded a video at the time of handover as evidence. Despite this, we were later told that the keys had only been returned on 2 June 2026. We have evidence showing otherwise.<br><br>When we rented the property, we were informed by Zach that there were no damp or mould issues. However, during our tenancy we experienced significant damp, mould and moisture problems throughout the property, particularly during the winter months. My wife and child developed asthma-related health problems, and we have supporting medical evidence.<br><br>We moved out on 30 April 2026 and were preparing to move into another property. During this process, HomeLink provided a negative reference, stating that rent payments had been late. We had already informed them in writing that my salary payment date had changed and requested that the payment date be adjusted accordingly. Despite this, the issue was not resolved.<br><br>HomeLink has withheld our £2,015 deposit and has attempted to charge rent for a period when we were no longer living in the property. We have written communications showing that we informed the agency in advance about leaving the property.<br><br>We feel that we were treated unfairly throughout this process. We have retained emails, messages, video recordings and other evidence and have started legal proceedings regarding these matters.<br><br>Potential tenants should carefully document all communications and thoroughly inspect any property for damp and mould issues before signing a tenancy agreement.

9th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)This is a factual account of our stay at 298 Gray’s Inn Road (Flat B), managed by Carter Reeves, on 08/07/2026.<br><br>During our stay, we discovered an active, deep-seated bed bug infestation across all three bedrooms. We have concrete video and photographic evidence of multiple live adult bed bugs on the bedding and live nymphs crawling on the walls. The presence of multiple life stages across every single bedroom indicates a severe, long-term infestation that could only occur through a complete failure of basic preventative maintenance.<br><br>The property advertises that guests have access to 24/7 contact support during their stay. However, when we discovered the infestation and called the emergency number at 2:00 AM, we were texted back and told to text our issue instead. The moment we replied and informed them of the live bed bug infestation, they completely ignored all further communication.<br><br>Because management abandoned their advertised 24/7 support obligations, I was forced to evacuate the apartment with my children at 2:00 AM, leaving us stranded in central London in the middle of the night with nowhere to go.<br><br>Since our stay, we have been made aware of at least three specific, previous complaints regarding bed bugs at this exact property that were raised directly with management. Every single one of these prior warnings was completely ignored, showing a calculated pattern of negligence. Carter Reeves has willfully disregarded documented guest complaints, choosing to continue renting out a biologically hazardous property to unsuspecting families.<br><br>A review of historical feedback reveals that multiple previous guests have explicitly warned this management team about bed bug issues at this address. Carter Reeves has willfully ignored these public complaints, choosing to continue renting out a biologically hazardous property.<br>This matter has been officially escalated to Camden Council’s Environmental Health department with our full evidence pack for formal statutory investigation and enforcement action. Booking.com has also been notified of the severe safety breach. Avoid this property at all costs.

I honestly don’t think I would have been able to complete the purchase without their support and guidance.<br><br>They helped me every step of the way, always making sure I understood what was needed and supporting me whenever I had questions or concerns. Their professionalism, patience, and dedication made such a huge difference throughout the entire process.<br><br>I’m incredibly grateful for everything they did to help me finally buy my home. 5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

As we moved from Germany to London for the first time, the process of searching for a home and completing all the necessary paperwork initially felt quite daunting. However, McMahon made the entire experience smooth and straightforward. Our agent, Serwan, conducted a detailed viewing via video call, shared all relevant information upfront, and guided us seamlessly through the contract process. We were particularly impressed with: 1) The thoroughness and professionalism of the paperwork and inventory check conducted by McMahon, which ensured fairness for both the landlord and the tenant. 2) The prompt resolution of minor issues in the property by Louise, the residential manager, who was highly responsive and efficient. Really lovely genuine people.<br><br>Gabriel has been the outstanding person to onboard with in our new rented flat. I’m thoroughly impressed with his communication, touching base regularly and work through any initial questions. Such a great human. The level of support as a tenant has been the best I’ve experienced in all my 15 years renting in London.<br><br>Finding a place to live can be one of the most stressful things to do. Not with this team! Thank you.
