The entire end-to-end process was smooth, efficient, and well explained step by step. The property was professionally cleaned and met a high standard. Everything was handled properly, and we are very satisfied with the experience.

From our very first phone call, I knew I was in great hands and was completely sold on securing an apartment through him and GLP.<br><br>Ben is completely unique compared to other estate agents I’ve dealt with—he is incredibly professional, passionate, and attentive. He represented GLP exceptionally well and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I can’t stop recommending him to everyone I know. Not only did he deliver on what I needed, he did so quickly, professionally, and with a lovely human touch that’s hard to find these days. He looked out for my interests and was always reliably there to step in or sort anything out, even in an emergency when he was out of the office. When he was away, he made sure his colleague Luca Obertelli promptly stepped in and helped immediately. They both took the urgency of the situation seriously, and it bears mentioning how rare this is to come across in Europe, where nothing is ever urgent.<br><br>Working with Jonah was one of the most positive real estate business interactions I’ve ever had, or I’ve even heard of anyone having, and I hope I can continue to work with him in the future (to his boss, if you are reading this, he deserves a promotion and a large bonus, at least twice over!!!!!) ??????????????????

He pushes the process quickly and we got one of our favourite homes in a competitive market with a fair price. The reference checking and contract signing processes are made simple and clear - everything is electronic so we get things moving really quick. Strongly recommend!

We were new to the UK and were having great difficulty getting anyone at agencies across the city to speak with us. Ben accepted us as walk-ins and allowed us to see several units. Ben was very communicative and worked hard to get our offers in front of prospective landlords.<br><br>Ben left such a great impression on us and were thankful for the hard work he put forth on our behalf.

Pamela is our main contact, very professional, communicative, knowledgeable and on top of the whole process - would highly recommend her as an agent. She showed us the property and explained everything in depth and clearly. She’s also very responsive on WhatsApp to all of our questions, which has been very very helpful. Overall, would recommend Fraser & Co Shoreditch, and ask for Pamela if you can!

We literally couldn’t have sold it without TBA and their persistence through setback after setback, all of which were out of their control. There is simply not another agent in the East End which will provide a service as tailored as the one which Adam and the rest of the team offer. Do not hesitate to instruct TBA as you will not receive half the service from other agents.

Kit is incredibly responsive, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is progressing well, and all parties are happy. I would absolutely recommend Kit and the team to anyone needing estate agents.
